When Dr. Neal Phatak was the dentist at this office it was amazing! He was extremely nice and smart. Now he has left and there is a new dentist there. I went to get a cleaning and it was awful. Not going there anymore!

Before this establishment existed, it used to be called Smile Dental office. It was run by Mr. Chan and his fellow staffs were all so nice. All my family members had him as a dentist. Then one day, when I was informed that he retired, I decided to let Aura Dental’s dentistry to do my check up. My family and I did not like this lady who was cleaning our teeth. She goes hard with her equipments, floss our teeth until it bleed. I’ve been to five different dentists before her and she’s the worst one. I never been back for another check up since them because she scarred me. However, they keep calling and sending my family postcards of our next teeth cleaning, but we just ignore them.
