Did anyone catch that the answer from the«owner»? They did not knock anything over, because if they had either him or I would have had to pick these items up. He didn’t pick anything up, and neither did I. I wonder if his magical items come with the power to put themselves back on shelves. Regardless, this man thinks that he is allowed to approach toddlers on his own and reprimand and scold them as he sees fit. I wish him luck, parents and caregivers don’t take well to people being hostile to their children, and one day someone is going to slap him hard in the face for his lack of boundaries.

We are so thankful we found this locally owned pharmacy. The service and personal attention are amazing. They remember our names each time we come in and take a true interest in our health and well being. After our son’s surgery the pharmacist called around and got a difficult to find liquid pain medicine that other chain pharmacies wouldn’t even attempt to find for us. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this business.

I am really surprised that Ascan Pharmacy has bad reviews. I have never had anything but wonderful experiences. Frank has gone out of his way to help me and my family and with 3 children I am in the pharmacy a lot! He patiently answers my questions and will even anticipate when I will need a refill and make certain he has it in stock. When my youngest had surgery he was the only pharmacy in Forest Hills who would rush to fill the pain medication that we were desperate for. The only service I have ever gotten has been kind, polite and professional.

the guy who runs this shop just lost his temper at me. he refused to take a credit card for a $ 120 meds purchase because he didn’t want to have to cut his profits by giving some to the credit card company. someone didn’t inform him that that’s how credit card companies make their money, and the way it helps businesses is that people without cash can buy their goods and services. there is this sign posted on the front window of this pharmacy indicating that it takes credit cards. but not today. i told the guy he was being unreasonable and he called me a schmuck. so if you wanna buy your meds from the pharmaceutical equivalent of the soup nazi, you have found paradise. don’t give this guy business but it doesn’t matter, he’ll go out of business with his attitude.
