Ann Taylor Factory Store

Nice selection, good location and I got two shirts for $ 15 a piece. The low rating is because there were only two people on the register during a pre-​Christmas lunch hour. The manager made a cameo appearance and was asked by several of us to open another register. He refused and went back to folding sweaters while we waited another 15 minutes. In a well-​run store, the manager would have taken a few customers himself to reduce the line. Admittedly, one reason the line moved slowly is that the women on the registers were being super nice to customers, letting them run off and get more items, etc. Obviously, they have a level of customer service the manager lacks. Hopefully «Corporate» pays attention to Unilocal reviews and will know which staff members deserve a nice bonus and which manager should get coal in his stocking.

I stumbled upon this store when I was in the area to see my doctor. The «up to 60% off» sign caught my eye. The store is a good size. It was buzzing with ladies looking over all the clothes. The store is well organized and had a lot to choose from. The regular priced items that were on sale weren’t the best deal for me. However the reduced price section had a lot to choose from! And I just happen I love stores that post the prices and what it will be after the discount. It makes making up my mind easier. I ended up purchasing 2 skirts, 2 sleeveless tops, and a sweater for $ 140.
The only drawback for me was the line. There were two registers open. They could’ve had one or two more to move things along.
Overall a good experience and I will definitely be back!

Ann Taylor Factory is a welcome addition cause frankly, Ann Taylor was pricey! The staff here is friendly if you need a suggestion. The dressing room is a bit scary, looks like a warehouse. Great Deals though!
