Jack in The Box

I used to love this location. I’m guessing it is under new management or somthing. The last few months have been terrible. What is used to be my favorite fries are now horrable. They taste stale now and are NEVER hot, just slightly warm. Same thing for the burgers. Not hot at all. Everything just taste like it’s been made and sitting for a while. Also, the lady running the drive through dose noy speak english well… at all. A few times my order has been Wrong. Im guessing because she can not understand what im ordering. Stay away from this location.

Well, after several attempts and excusing poor behavior I have given up on this place. The food is of poor quality and the drive thru staff is unprofessional and rude.

Yuck, I watched the drive thru worker handle the money, scratch her face and then touch my food without washing hands. Barf!!!

My meal came to $ 7.98, I handed over a twenty and got $ 2.02 in change. When I explained I was due a $ 10 bill I was told I’d been given one. I insisted and was told no. I asked for a complaint form and the gal tore of a piece of register tape and handed it to me. I refused and suggested they learn to count back change and they would not encounter these problems. Management has fallen down on teaching correct customer service. I will be complaining to management as well. Won’t be back!

We’ve been here a few times as a family. Not once has our order been correct on the first try. Not one. Also, the woman they have in the drive thru does not speak English well and she mumbles into the speaker, making it very, very difficult to hear her.
The food is decent quality and usually prepared quickly, even if what we usually get is incorrect has to be fixed.

I use to like to go here but 2 out 3 times my soda was flat. The people who work here are often rude. After the third time my soda was flat I was done with this crappy place. I hate McDonald’s bUT I wou rather go there then this place.

Basically had to eat for a fast gut bomb. Never been here and will not enter again. Walked in and the first thing was the cash register was out of order. OK, crap happens. I order and find out out I can’t use the soft drink machine as it was out of order. So you get to wait in line for a refill also from the drive through machine. OK, it’s a one time thing and I’ll stick this out. Payed out over $ 8 for a combo. Wait, wait for it… order was ready. Oops, wrong order. After observing the counter lady handle dirty drink refills and then handle my food I gave up and demanded my $ back. They were like, «What? What’s wrong?» Yep. And whenever they needed the manager he was not to be found while Rome was going down in flames. A real joke of a fast food joint.

I have a love/​hate relationship with JITB. Some places do a great job, but others are hideous. This location does a very good job preparing the orders, and I love the fact that I can get breakfast items all day. Unfortunately the staff at this location is hit or miss. Sometimes you get very friendly, courteous service and other times they barely notice you aside from taking your order and giving you your food.

I board my horses in the FG area, so my family is always out this way. I have been to this store twice in the last month, and my husband went once.
Both times, I went the bathrooms were so nasty I was afraid to wash my hands, before eating. The wait times have gotten ridiculous. The last time I was there, my daughter wanted tacos, and we went through the drive-​in. They were so greasy, and ugly she tried to feed them to the dogs, they were not interested.
The children and I were at the beach a 2 weekends ago, and my husband was out with the horses. He stopped and grabbed dinner here. My husband got sick (puking, upset stomach, other issues), he was sick for 2 days, and went to the dr, who told him it was food poisoning. No one else in the family got it, and the only difference in what we had all eaten was he ate here and we ate at the Beach for dinner.
This store used to be an ok store, but in the last 6 months, it has become a nasty place. I believe this store could be good again, but it will require some work. Until it is done, I would advise avoiding it.

NASTY! I give it one star because I absolutely HAVE to give it a star. Bummer :-(

If you go through the drive threw be prepared for a 20 MINUTE wait. The cashier will not answer your questions at the window just ask for the amount for the food. More than likely your food will be already cold as it was just given to you. If your inside just watch the staff as they make transaction at the register and then go touch YOUR FODD without even washing their hands. I assured you this restaurant needs to be closed down Also if my review is erased I will repost with all the pictures I took with my food to proved how S*&#ty this restaurants is. I’m from Los Angeles and growing up Tommie’s In And Out and Jack in the box was the king but here in FG it Suck @$$.
