This is a weird Togo’s. It’s really small, with two people working there, and they don’t seem to have very good people skills. It’s all about making the sandwich, fast and carelessly, and getting on to the next person. We ordered a hot sandwich, that came out lightly toasted, with the club ingredients all cold. Not even warmed through. This was a real disappointment. Bland, cold, and just not good. Corporate really needs to check in with this place for quality control. One thing though… free fountain drink with Unilocal check-in.

Worst service ever. Person does not even greet or talk really. It felt like I was intruding when I came in.

Long time Togo’s lover. Came here for lunch because Jersey Mike’s across the way is WAYTOOEXPENSIVE! Decent food taste but portion sizes were lacking. The people here are like zombies, no smile, no hello, just a «What’ll it be?» attitude. Maybe the Asian man & woman working here own this place and hate their job? If so, I’ll suggest they’re hurting their own business. Comparatively speaking, the ones in Irvine Spectrum & Ladera Ranch had happy people, enthusiastic greeting, bigger portions, nicer atmospheres. I hate to write mediocre reviews because we need more quality choices but C’mon man! Cheer up & share the food(portions) !

Its ok. Nothing spectacular about it besides the fact that there are a few other food options worth exploring. The place is run by a high school kid, so lower your expectations. He was a friendly chap, though. Mehh.

The worst ToGo’S I have EVER been to. How hard is a sandwich? Dry bread, falling apart, skimpy. Terrible.

So the other day I went to a Togos in Irvine and had an amazing sub and the best jasmine ice tea I’ve ever had. I’ve been craving that ice tea ever since so I went to my this location to get it again. Well I go to fill my drink and not only do they not have it, they don’t even have plain fresh ice tea, only the disgusting tea from the soda machine. Really frustrating! Won’t be coming back here again!

This is the worst Togo’s I’ve been to. Besides the place being smaller then my closet. You can’t even see them making your sandwich. It’s completely covered. I ordered a daily and by wanted to add some additional more veggies but wasn’t even offered. When I asked the sandwich was already in a bag. So I don’t even get the sandwich I wanted. I normally go to togos every Wednesday for the daily specials and at this place they charge more than other togos and at the same time they force you to get a drink with the daily specials. I don’t want soda but forced to buy it. So this Togo’s i would avoid. They don’t listen. Good thing there is another Togo’s off of lake Forest drive to go to. How sad. I work around the corner but will have to drive to another Togo’s because this is the worst sub shop ever. I just took a bite and it has tomatoes. I hate tomatoes and they put it on the sandwich without asking. I don’t even get a choice. Horrible service. Now it has tomato juice on the sandwich and it taste like crap. There goes $ 6.75 in the trash. AVOIDTHISTOGO’S!!!

Got a wrap that was only half filled and had meat only on one side, and all the workers did was argue with me saying they weighed it out, etc. And when I asked politely to get something else their only concern was me paying the difference, no apology or anything. So rude

Came into this location tonight for the very first time, I was helped by Bianka she was very nice and helpful, she gave the best customer service I have received in a long time! We had that meatball sandwich which was awesome because I added pepperoni to it a ham turkey and cheese with no cheese LOL and a triple dip my personal favorite. I used the Unilocal check in offer for a free drink, we will be visiting this location again thanks for the great food and great service

I have been going to this place for about 2 years as I work in the area & frequently walk there for lunch. So the owner has a «sandwich card» where you get punches for sandwich purchases & on your 9th purchase your 10th sandwich is free(supposedly), however the owner fails to punch your card if you buy a daily special sandwich or if you forgot your card & bring it back with the receipt on your next visit or basically if you have a PULSE. The rules this owner sets forth for this sandwich card make it so difficult that it’s hardly worth it. And another problem is that he doesn’t give out any new cards should you request for one & the existing cards all say on the back«offer expires 9÷3012»?? WTH? Bad ownership, horrible customer service & just bad business entirely & does not represent Togo’s in good light.

I like Togo’s in general, but if I have the time, I would rather drive further to a different location than eat at this one. The sandwiches look and taste the same as other Togo’s. But that’s about it. The staff is not out right rude, but their customer service is poor and their attitude is indifferent. The guy I have seen working there the two times I have gone there seems overworked and frustrated with the people he is training(different peeps both times) The store is looking shabby with maintenance issues and clearly hasn’t seen a deep cleaning in a loooong time. While I am crossing my fingers that the health department is doing their jobs and inspecting the kitchen, the overall cleanliness of this place really makes me wonder what their standards are behind the counter. Everyone has different opinions and expectations, maybe yours at this location have been different, but I will chose to go to another location in the future.

My boyfriend is here in town for a job and there are about 8 of them. Usually we have top go shopping and bring food out for everyone. I didn’t understand why he wasn’t wanting to go shopping this trip and then I found the wrappers and cups in his be ok truck. He really liked the sandwiches and fast service without jeopardized the product. Thanks for taking care of them.

Had a great meatball sandwich here today. The bread was soft and the meatballs and sauce melted the cheese nicely. It was very tasty and the woman that made my sandwich was nice and friendly. In and out quickly as well… during lunchtime. Fun area.

Check in on Unilocal for your free 20 oz drink with 6 inch sandwich purchase. The birds camping outside the food court love cheese for some reason.

I didn’t know they had a 9″ sandwich. That is like the perfect size. 6″ is too small for me and 12″ is a little too big. 9″ is just perfect.

A sandwich is a sandwich. I really have to be in the right mood for one before I go to a sandwich place mainly because they aren’t the first thing I ever crave. And when I say I have to be in the right mood, I mean literally drooling for one. That’s how I was for a sandwich this weekend. So, Togo’s, here I come. The breakdown: Pros: *Quick and friendly service. *Clean store. *Conveniently located next to Regal Movie Theater(was going to see Black Swan after lunch). …that’s about it. Cons: *Sandwiches are a hit or miss. Sometimes they’re good, sometimes they’re just horrid. This weekend my sandwich was a hot mess. How can you screw up an Italian sandwich? Beats me. *Counter tops are ridiculously high. This shouldn’t be a complaint, but when you’re 5 fee tall(like me) and have to stand on my tippy toes when I’m talking to the employee behind the counter, it’s crazy. Overall, this place is average. I’ll be coming back mainly for the times the sandwich is a hit because when they are, they’re super tasty. Happy eating!

My friend and I stopped by to pick up a quick lunch before returning to work. I needed to hurry so I just got a turkey and cranberry(I’m really into sweet/salty or sweet/sour combinations. Don’t judge me!) Anyways, the counter is really high up and I couldn’t actually see him preparing it. I shoulda known what was going to happen next. Now mind you that I bought it like at 11ish and had lunch @ 12:15 pm but when I opened that puppy up it was completely soggy. I was wondering if the guy who prepared it soaked it in water before wrapping it up. When I started eating my soggy mess I realized that it had about half a jar of cranberry preserves/jelly in it. And I don’t know if it was just watery or if it had been frozen when he put it in my sandwich but it was gross, way too sweet. I was expecting a handful of cranberries sprikled in my sandwich, not for it to be treated like toast. Needless to say, I was better off going to the Rubio’s next door.
