As a consignee I could not have selected a better partner to help me sell off the last of my home furnishings from my last home. Their helpful and responsive service was in stark contrast to the last consignment experience I had with an awful consignor in Newport Beach, CA. I was scaling down from a 5000+ s.f. home to a new home half the size and many of my high end pieces were too large in scale to fit into my new home. Unfortunately the pieces I had are not the type of furniture that could be sold on craigslist.
The prices they quoted on my pieces were very fair, they displayed the pieces nicely, sold them in a very short period of time, paid me promptly for pieces sold, kept very good financial records and gave me courteous updates whenever I called to inquire on the status of my remaining furnishings. This was so much better than my last experience with the consignor in Newport Beach who sold my pieces at deeper discounts without my permission than they were contractually allowed; never returned phone calls, were rude and just outright thieves.
Pam Jackson was the wonderful lady who helped me and so far everyone I have met in this store has been awesome. If you are thinking of selecting a consignor to help you, this is the place. Pat L (Irvine)

When we bought our sofa the lady that helped us was so great! But when I called to find out why the movers could not find the sofa, the lady who anwered was so rude. Then when I went in on Sunday to ask a question, they were so rude again! Don’t think I will be going back or recommending!
