I bought a LivingSocial coupon for them for 2 months of pool service, if you want to call it that. They were awful! Communication was horrible. We never knew when someone was going to show up. A guy would show up for 5 min or so and barley clean the pool — maybe get some of the dead bugs out and then leave. According to the coupon they were supposed to check levels, vacuum, brush, empty baskets. We were lucky if they did any of those things. If you need good pool service, keep looking.
