Unfriendly, inconsiderate, unprofessional, they go through the motions overall. Don’t bother with these people. There are many Centers withe better service.

I went in for a treatment for the first time today. I found the facility very clean and welcoming. Everyone was extremely nice, and I really enjoyed my appointment with Annie! I look forward to continued visits.

I feel very fortunate to be located so close to this place. The facials are wonderful and just what my skin needs sometimes for a pick me up. They use excellent products as well and I use the AC serum regularly, it’s a skin life saver! I have not tried their massages yet but I’m considering it soon.
The staff is always nice and the place is very clean. I do their monthly membership and its money very well spent! Recommend highly!

I have been going to Elisha for facials, peels, and products because she is super knowledgable about my ever changing skin. She is very thorough, sweet, and helpful. I drive 40 minutes just to see her because she is that amazing. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone that wants an honest opinion on what you need to do to get the desired results you want. Clean location– must see Elisha !!

I came in to EB Medical Spa because I wanted to get rid of some light acne scars. I read the reviews online and it was super close to my work and home so I thought I would give it a go. I met with Ellisha who is the sweetest and helped come up with a regimen that is both cost efficient and that would help with my skin. She didn’t try to oversell me on products or peels that I didn’t need. I got a light peel the first time and noticed some results after it. I’ve done the Micropen twice so far and my skin is looking a lot better. I really enjoy coming here especially with Ellisha who is very attentive and kind and the very best! I would recommend EB Medical Spa to anyone (and have recommended) who is looking for a little help for their skin. Let’s face it, we can all use that!

I first went to Ellisha for microdermabrasion and loved the treatment and loved her! She is so knowledgable about all the products and treatments and I trust her with my skin! I have now gone back to do a peel and couldn’t be happier with the results! I will definitely be getting another one in a month! Thanks Ellisha for taking such good care of my skin and I already can tell my skin is improving! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone! :)

I initially started coming to EB medical spa after purchasing a Groupon for dermapen procedure. It was my first time having this procedure done so I was a little apprehensive but Elisha my esthetician made sure I was comfortable throughout my procedure. Elisha went above and beyond to make sure i didn’t feel a thing during my treatment. My acne scars have improved dramatically and I would recommend Elisha to anyone who is thinking of doing a dermapen procedure. She will take good care of you!

I’ve been to E.B. med spa for many facials, including but not limited to oxygen facials, microdermabrasion and glycolic peels. Being a med spa, they are licensed to use a higher percentage of glycolic/​salicylic acid on the treatments. As expected their prices are slightly higher than a typical spa.
The office/​med spa is elegant and the ambiance is very relaxing. I feel that they are well equipped with the latest technology to take care of your skin care needs. I know they even have a membership that allows you monthly facials/​massages and perks/​discounts from services when you’re a member. I definitely would be interested if proximity was less of an issue.
I absolutely love love love Ellisha. She is professional and absolutely lovely to talk to. She is extremely knowledgeable with skin and I think she even mentioned a background working at a dermatologist office in the past. She is great with extractions and recommended a new skin routine to fix up any current blemishes/​issues.
I love my treatments here, but I extremely dislike the face wash I bought here. The owner handled the situation well and Ellisha was more than helpful, but EB Med Spa is too out of the way for me to stop by for her to see. I am rounding my review up to a 5star due to customer service. I still love coming in for facials from time to time when our schedules align.

I first starting coming to EB after purchasing a microdermabrasion package through Groupon. I’ve continued to come here even after redeeming my offer.
I saw Diane my first couple times. My third appointment was with Ellisha and I just really clicked with her. Maybe it’s because we’re both around the same age and because we are both mommies to 3 chihuahuas. Whatever it is, I love her and have requested her ever since.
Besides facials and microdermabrasion, EB offers a wide range of services. Not sure of the prices but their facials are reasonably priced so I imagine the other treatments are as well. The services listed on the website include:

For now, I’m just sticking with the basic facials and microdermabrasion due to my fertility challenges. But once hubby and I are successful in having a baby or stop trying to conceive, I will be back for the good stuff!

Bought a groupon for 3 microdermabrasions. Besides the great price, Ellisha’s been so great and booking appointments has never been an issue. In fact, they accommodate late afternoon appointments which is great for people who work until 5pm.

Purchased a Groupon deal for 3 Micropen treatments. Having done microneedle stamping before, I knew what to expect — pain and blood. BUT, EB Med Spa use a microPEN with the technology to puncture and vibrate fast so you don’t feel much pain. Didn’t bleed either.
The reason I’m taking off one star is because the Groupon deal does not include the Growth Factor serum. They will only put on a hyulauronic acid serum. Everywhere else I’ve went to have ALWAYS included a growth serum because it brings out the effect of micropen so I didn’t expect this. Charged me another $ 35 for ONE serum application…
Anways, I have two more treatments left so I will see how it goes and update!
UPDATE: Finished 3 Micropen treatments here and I saw subtle, but visible improvement of my skin texture. Will consider signing up for more treatments.

I enjoy facials, massages and laser hair removal here. I’ve been going for over 7 years! Clean and beautiful with ample parking. The staff is always so nice and friendly. I recommended a friend and she drives over 40mins to come here… she swears by their microdermabrasion treatments.

My wife and I both really enjoyed our facials. Clean spa and knowledgeable staff. We will be back!

any men that are hesitant to try this, go to this place! they make you feel so comfortable. The entire staff will make you feel like you are at home. Definitely going to come back. I will be recommending to all my friends and family and buying my girlfriend a gift certificate. Just tell them what you are looking for and they will answer all your questions and make you feel like a VIP! Thank you !!

I would highly suggest this place to anyone! The technician was super friendly and was nice to talk to and the facility is very beautiful and relaxing. I have done some beauty groupons and been less than enthused when I actually saw the facility but this was truly luxurious. I had derma planing done and I am very happy with the results.

I used to come here for microdermabrasion; I’ve had maybe 12 microderms at this spa, with about three different estheticians, and ALL were fantastic. Super friendly and capable staff.
It’s very small, and it’s on the second floor in a business park. Which is great, because there would be so much free parking when I’d go on weekends.
There are only a couple rooms, so you want to book well in advance. With that said, the only reason they get four stars and not five is because there were 3 – 4 times they called to reschedule me, because the esthetician scheduled for that time slot got sick, was out of town, etc. Which isn’t that big of a deal at most places, but because they’re small and booked up, I’d have to reschedule for a date two weeks later than I had originally booked. But my skin is actually pretty fantastic, so it wasn’t a huge concern.
I basically stopped going here, because scheduling was inconvenient and the spa is a bit far from my home.

I was SO happy that this gem of a place was located so close to my house! North Lake Forest and Foothill really needs a place like this:) My experience was great. I felt so welcomed and comfortable upon walking in. Such a beautiful view of the foothills and they have such a charming décor. I love that they are stocked with great products and educate you about what would be best suited for your skin.
Alice is at the forefront of things and is an absolute doll, class act all the way and such a wonderful example of how excellent customer service makes all the difference. Ling is also so warm and nutruing, making sure my visit was pleasant.
Diane was my aesthetician and recommended dermaplaning, pumpkin peel and oxygen facial for my skin. My skin was in need as I had not had a facial in about 2 years!!! I loved the way she explained things during the facial, I was able to just relax and zone out if needed or I could talk with her about things. She was so wonderful!
It has been over 2 weeks and my skin looks so amazing… fresh. glowing! My face has never felt so smooth. I was so surprised that I was not left with any redness the day after or even a few hours later. It was the perfect combination of proceudres that my skin needed.
You have to be so careful these days with treatments to your skin and who is performing them. I complety trust the staff at this office with my skin, which is saying a lot as I work in the cosmetic surgery field and so I am very picky with who I trust my skin to! I will be a regular customer here for sure:)

I came across this spa on Groupon. I had been looking to try an oxygen facial, and I was pleasantly surprised that this place was right down the street from my house. Lisa did my oxygen facial and she was amazing! She never pressured me into buying any additional services/​products and was very knowledgable about skincare. She was very sweet and welcoming. This is a really small little business, and when you walk in, there might not be anyone at the front, but other than that, this place is great! I wrote my first review on here just so I could spread the word. I will definitely be back!

Found this place on Groupon and came in for a microderm. It was about 6 months ago but if memory serves, it was with Diane.
I had a great experience, Diane was really friendly and professional. There was soothing music playing, candles and the whole deal. Steam and extractions too (although I could have gone for some more extractions… but still). I did also get talked into the pumpkin facial at the end (of course). Both the microderm and the facial were great, I left feeling relaxed and got compliments for days about how my skin was glowing.
I would go back but to be honest it is pretty out of my way and I know there are some great spas closer to home.
