Mr. Sean and his wife had been really helpfull with us, we are pool beginners and since we have a Pool they always have patience with us and answer all our questions, Thank you so much for all the service we are glad to have a store close to Home with a great customer service!

This place is absolutely horrible the worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life by someone who calls himself a professional! The owner Sean came to my house to change out some old plumbing the new plumbing he put in leaked!!! He also changed out my spa check valve and put in the wrong part, a valve that did not even go to my equipment so it would completely drain my spa as soon as the equipment was turned off! He had a whole list of things that he said he could fix when the whole time there was absolutely nothing wrong except that he put in the wrong part!!! I went to talk to him he raised his voice and yelled at me and was completely rude and took no responsibility for anything! I had to hire someone else who came out and within five minutes knew there was absolutely nothing wrong except for the valve that Sean put in was wrong! I would’ve felt different had he taken any responsibility for putting in the wrong part but he did not all he did was lie and scoot around the truth!
