Got here 10 min early for an 8:30 appointment. There is no appointment window so we had to wait in line for half an hour as there were only 3 people working inside. Then waited outside with a large group. Finally got called for the 8:30 appointment at 10:45! What’s the point of making an appointment?!?
People were friendly but waiting over 2 hours for a scheduled appointment is unacceptable!

Clean facility with smelly truckers (heard of deodorant)? Was waiting in line then was moved to another line. Would be nice if there was clear directions as to what window was for what.
