Horrible customer service, I usually go to the corona location because they’re more convenient but this location was on my way home at the time. Some hipster kid (white with a beard of course) who was wearing some work boots and denim from head to toe who looks like he’s never worked a day in his life was getting defensive when I asked him if they could call a different location to see if they can help him access the information for my work hoot voucher. I will definitely not come back. HIS NAME IS MATHEW.

Good boots, bad customer service. Matthew Cruz was the employee there when I went. No manager, or anybody else. He did not know how to process a company voucher and instead of finding a solution, he just said to go back in three days when the manager would be there, wouldn’t even provide a corporate telephone number so I can call and get help. I ended up calling Red Wings’ 800 number (that I got from Google) and had them call the store to guide the employee there on how to do his job. For the price of the boots, I would rather drive a few miles away and get treated better.

Boots are good but the service sucks! Some guy with freckles in thier was being a ass i was asking questions nicely about some boots and he would give me smart answers like if he expected me to know. It doesn’t matter how good the quality is when it comes to customers good service is everything. So i left and went elsewhere.
