Party Pro

The only reason I’m writing a negative review is due to pricing. It’s seems extremely off. Now I did call with a weeks notice but that shouldn’t affect the pricing. I found party pro thru Unilocal.I called a few days ago and spoke with a nice lady and gave her my info and she was going to call me back with pricing. After playing phone tag and I got a hold of someone yesterday. The gentleman was nice as well and and he placed me on hold while he put pricing together. I was sticker shocked when he came back with the quote! I wanted 5 60′ round table, 40 chairs and a canopy. And for delivery and pick up. I’ve been calling a few places, all reputable, and them quoted me about 90 – 110 and a small fee to deliver to Laverne. Party pro quote me 390!!! That means your mark up for white plastic chairs and tables is insane! And for the cost of the canopy, I might as well buy one. Or was it because the delivery is to La Verne??? Not cool to take advantage Party Pro!
I’m not a cheap person by any means. But I’m not a baller! I will pay for quality and service. But I know when I’m being taken advantage of. I’m not in desperation for the supplies. Party Pro probably thought I was and that’s why I was quoted a ridiculous price.

Recently just bought a canopy from party pro and some Halloween decorations.
To being with the store is very clean and organized.
Second the staff were very helpful.
Third checkout was a breeze. I paid and was on my way.
I would come back to the store again.

So pleased with my visit to party pros today. Both associates (one was the manager) bent over backwards to help us including making recommendations that will save us money. The visit was to secure rental items for our upcoming wedding and they had just about everything we need for our big day! I also would like to point out that their prices are considerably cheaper than most other party rental locations.

I recently had a formal event in which rentals and decorations were supplied by this company. I must say it was beautifully, BEAUTIFULLY done! Every centerpiece, every seat cover, every linen, all light fixtures, and just every single detail was to perfection! Salvador and Oti did a phenomenal job all around. They showed great customer service and were very accommodating to the wants and needs of the event theme. They went above and beyond anything I could have expected! I will most definitely be booking them for future events! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I recently had a formal event catered by This company and I must say that is was flawless. Our photobooth company didn’t provide any backdrops that fit the theme of our 15,000 event and on the spot Party Pro put together a backdrop that was perfect for the occasion. I organize events often and will be using this company again in the future.

I have used Party Pro for all of my party supplies for the past 6 years. I have never had any problems. Everyone has always been very helpful.

Rude, Rude, Rude I went in there today around 10 am 5÷30÷2013 the girl at the counter could care less if she had my business or not, bosses take note you know who was working at the time, I told her I needed tables, chairs and a jumper I got complete flat answers from her no deals nothing zilch ! I went to La Fiesta in Fontana, they really appreciated my business and were so friendly. If there were zero stars that’s what Party Pro would of gotten from me I will never set foot in that store again
