Newlook Eyebrow Threading

I just moved to Fontana and needed a new skin care place to go to and I saw that this place was near by and had some good review. I went in there and I had some great service. It was only a 5 minute wait and when I got to the chair the lady was very nice. When you go ask for the girl on the 2^nd chair Pretty!!! She is amazing! I got my eyebrows shaped and she left them thick, just like I like them! I will definitely be going back

Came in by a friend recommendation and asked for Kim. I think she has moved to the Summit location but I could be wrong. She is very gentle and gives great recommendations based on your needs. Its a clean location, customer service is so/​so, and lastly be prepared to wait 10 minutes.

I came here because I didn’t have time to go to my usual threading place and my sister recommended it. She has never had a problem but I’ve been here on two separate occasions and each time they nick the skin beneath my eyebrow leaving me with very sensitive scabs and light bleeding. They have enough people so you don’t wait long and I guess the eyebrow shaping is decent but it’s really not worth it to me if they’re just going to cut my face.

Raman is very humble, sweet, and does an AMAZING job.
I’m very hesitant on letting anyone else touch my brows, but the other ladies here do a great job as well.
Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to get their eyebrows threaded and doesn’t want to look someone dropped an upside down Nike symbol on their face.

I went in there today for the first time ever to get my eyebrows threaded… let me tell you… I was like «ahh damn» because there was like 6 – 7 ladies waiting. I thought it would take longer I was up in less then 5 minutes and out in less then 10 & my eyebrows they have never looked better and I pluck my own, I’ve gotten them waxed but never as satisfied as I was today! will be going back whenever I get hairy again lol.

I went in for waxing at the summit location, this being my first time thug to wax anything, I went in without knowing they don’t offer it and they said they only do it at the slover location in Fontana. So pretty disappointed, I drove 25 minutes out to the slover location. (Fontana traffic gets pretty bad)
Once I got there, I asked for waxing, they said they do it, but when I was called for my turn, they led me they ran out of wax…
So at this point I was pretty upset, but didn’t really show it. Just pretty disappointed that my trip would ultimately be a waste.
The lady that helped me was named Kathryn. I don’t know if I spelled her name right, but, she was such a sweetheart. She offered to thread the underarms instead of wax, which I didn’t know was pretty common, and at the end, I got the service that I waned and she still gave me a discount for the inconvenience.
She tried to give me my service for $ 6 instead of $ 10 and the people in charge weren’t letting it happen, so I ended up paying $ 8. Which I’m not complaining about at all. But in the end, the place is clean, and attentive, I will definitely go back just because Kathryn was friendly and did a good job at not making me feel uncomfortable for my service. Thank you! Absolutely love coming here! They do an amazing job. I only wish they offered gel after they threaded it helps.

I have had good service every time except today.
I come here to shape my eyebrows not to have them done differently and then tell me my eyebrows are naturally shaped differently. everywhere else they have no issues making them even but here especially since I have thick eyebrows it more to work with.
I don’t understand why she would Keep taking them out not following a shape or without trying to match them. stupid!
why would she even say you have alot of eyebrow to so it’s easier to make it even and make them uneven more than they were when I walked in.

My go to spot!!! I go every two weeks and I love KIM!!! She is great and I am picky! I’m a hairstylist so YES I can do my own eyebrows, but I am also a person that loves services done to me too! I’ve been to a few eyebrow places, not so bAd at other places, but Kim, by far made me love this place! I’m so happy it’s down the street from me!

This was my first time getting my eyebrows done here. I checked in to redeem the dollar off and they didnt honor the Unilocal check in. My eyebrows were arched way to thin. I will not come back.

I haven’t been here yet but I’ve heard great things, and my friend’s mom owns it. I’ll check it out and update my review then!

First time coming here after being tired of going to expensive places. Im so glad I came, close to home and a true hidden gem! Came in with uneven grown out brows. No wait time, literally walked in and was greeted and I was taken in less then a minute. Deep was the threader and she’s amazing. Im so glad I came. Walked out a happy girl. Check in and get $ 1 off!

I like that this place never has a wait. They take me in immediately every time. The staff is friendly and they do good work. They ask exactly what I need… touch up, clean up, or fix my arch. The prices are very reasonable and I love that it’s nearby. It totally beats driving to victoria gardens, waiting 20 – 40 minutes and paying twice as much.

I’ve been coming here since they opened!!! I use to drive from Rialto to Victoria gardens to pay 21 for brow/lip…I was complete satisfied well over a year ago when I found this place and it compared to the service I use to receive at my upscale threading place!!! Never had a bad artist here and everyone is friendly!!! I am a faithful loyal customer who was glad to found a great place to go in the IE

I love my eyebrows now. Before I use to wax and always end up with bumps and redness because of my sensitive skin. This is the third place I have had threading done. I love the results. She just cleaned them up and added a perfect sexy arch. It cost $ 7.00 if you need 3 areas like chin lips only $ 15.00, it has not come to that yet but just in case. After you get 7 services you get 1 free! I will be back in a couple of months
