Food is tasty. All you can eat appetizers and Mongolian BBQ. They have a little dessert and boba tea bar. Pretty good value for what you get. You don’t have to wait around for your plate either. Once you leave it at the grill you can go sit down and they’ll bring it to you once its done.

The wife and I stopped in for lunch. The hosted was extremely friendly and helpful. Set the mood for the rest of our experience. Food was fresh and appealing. Was cooked perfectly. Appetizers were perfect, the egg flour soup is possibly some of the best I’ve ever had. We will definitely be back.

Great Deal! If you want décor then don’t go here. If you want cheap eats and good service this this is the place. Great selection and nice people. Been here five times and will come again!!!

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Allie. We were asked if we had been here before and since it was our first time and she took the time to explain everything to us. They have a good selection of meats and veggies. We were a little confused when it came to the sauces and Allie had no problem coming over to tell us about how much we should put if we mix sauces. Our food was cooked very fast and was even brought to our table! My boyfriend loved the free appetizers and kept going back for more. Some of them looked a little old and was immediately refreshed. Its all u can eat so there are no complaints here! I read several other reviews that said the staff was rude and seemed like they didnt want to be bothered. Everyone here was very nice and I have to say Allie went above and beyond for us!

First of all, if you’re looking for a restaurant with top notch service, great interior design, and comfortable seating, look elsewhere. Staff is not very friendly, walls and flooring are all bland white, and booths/tables are odd. When you walk in, no one greets you right away and there is no signage on what to do first. The food is ok, however stay away from the pre-cooked stuff. They have the usual assortment of meats and veggies. Also, the place is all you can eat, so no worries about someone telling you not to mash and pile the meats! Update: place WAS clean when it was new, however after a recent visit I saw BLACK grime on the walls and doors. The restroom was quite disgusting(AM/PM grade). Couldn’t stop thinking about how much of this dirt comes thru to the food *Yuck! Also, the staff seemed like they hated being there and didn’t show any type of hospitality. I might give this place one more chance later… much later.

I love coming here with my family! It is very reasonably priced, the food is delicious! I love being able to create my meal! And if I don’t like, that’s on me! There is a good selection of meats and veggies. The customer service is always the best! I highly recommend stopping in for your next meal!

Ok so this place is weird! You walk into this huge dinning area and, a made for TV Vegas buffet, FAIL! Like National lampoons Vegas Vacation! Lol. The food looks like it’s been sitting there for Hours!!! And is missing just about everything. They don’t refill anything either as u walk in. If there are out of a certain appetizer your outta luck! WHAT? It’s probably cause they don’t have a lot of customer traffic so if they made more they lose money with left overs. They’re dinning area is full of laminated signs with buffet restrictions posted everywhere. Now onto the stir fry. Just okay. Have had better. In short this place is a joke. I would have walked out immediately after seeing the pathetic spread, but my hubby insisted we give it a try. Needless to say we have never returned to this place and this review needs to be written so others can Be Warned! Really surprised this place is still open!

I would not come back to this place, The so call appetizers were cold it seemed as if they had been sitting there for quite a while. The food was not good, tasted soggy. And just for 2 people it was pricey! And to TOP it off the restroom was DISGUSTING! Trash all over the floor, toilets dirty, & the toilet paper itself looked gross. And we were one of the first people to walk in so it tells me they must not clean the restrooms daily! The one star is for the hostess she was great. Very nice and attentive!

I would NOT recommend eating here unless you like getting money stolen off of your credit card. After checking my credit card statements, I noticed that $ 8 was added onto my total bill. My husband had given our waitress an $ 8 cash tip. But, on my statement, our waitress added another $ 8 to our credit card bill. I called the restaurant to confirm that my husband wrote $ 0 on the receipt-and he did. After multiple phone calls, we found out that the waitress added that extra amount to our bill, even though we had tipped her. If you do choose to eat here and pay with a card, make sure you are checking your statements.

Our first time here. The Mongolian grill was very tasty, nice variety of sauces with lamb, shrimp, beef and pork for the meat choices. They also have ready made rice, fried rice, egg rolls, soups, etc while your waiting for your Mongolian to be grilled. The staff was very nice and friendly and attentive. Overall the dining room was clean and the food was good, they do offer $ 3.00 happy hour beers between 3 – 7 mon-friday, so that’s always nice. I wouldn’t take a first date here, but if you’re looking for quick, tasty all you can eat Mongolian you won’t be disappointed.

I’m giving it 4 stars for the deals you get for dinner. $ 10.50 for all you can eat. The actual Mongolian selection was great and cooked fast, but there are appetizers included to snack on in the meantime while you wait about 8 – 10 minutes for your food. There’s soups, salad, and rice also. The appetizers aren’t the greatest, just okay, but not to shabby. They have shrimp as a meat selection which made me super happy! The soft drinks were FREE refills and it was fountain soda and not cans. The staff is super nice and the place was very clean. The décor is lacking, yes, but overall… Not too bad. The the price it’s worth 4 stars!

I don’t understand how such a nice place can negligent the restroom. I did t let me kid use it, we left somewhere else after that. GROSS!

My kids and I have come here numerous times and this is by far the WORST experience ever!!! OK so here’s a question, what Asian(Mongolian, Japanese, Korean whatever) restaurant is out of steamed rice at 6pm and has no intentions of making more?! They were also out of appetizers(this is a buffet right?!) and ice cream, again, no intentions of making or refilling, oh and the food in the steamers had to be there more than an hour(by the dried film on top). Then when I asked if we’d get a discount the girl stated«I can’t do that or I’ll get into trouble«. This will be the last time we come here, very very disappointed!

A group of 8 of us came here last night. The food tasted good. Even though you get some random things that you didn’t order on your plate. But… 5 out of the 8 of us got sick that night and into the next day. I even got a to go plate to take home to my boyfriend and ended up having to throw it away. Such a waste of money. None of us will be coming here again.

Went here for lunch with some coworkers, it was on a Thursday it wasn’t too packed however the buffet line to get started was a MESS noddles inside the sauces, spills, it was like kids had just gone thru and picked up items and they would drop some in other containers. food was good, but I ended up getting mushrooms in mines when I didn’t pick any smh. would I go again? yeah maybe

This was my first Mongolian grill and I thought it was fantastic. The hostess was very friendly. She explained how everything worked and the cook was just as friendly. When I saw the food I was a little worried but man oh man was it good, plus it is an all you can eat so you can try everything(which I highly recommend). If we weren’t moving to San Luis obispo in 2 weeks we for sure would be back many more times.

This place was not as bad as some reviewers claim. This was my first time at the lucky Mongolian BBQ and here goes my review. Cost: über cheap all you can eat $ 9.99 for an adult at dinner time. Ambience: non existent, there is a lot of empty space because the space is extremely large but great effort has been made to fill it and create a vibe with numerous wall arts etc. Service: their service was actually very good. There was one server for approximately 5 parties but she was extremely attentive and made sure to come by numerous times to make sure we were taken care of. Food: the food was pretty okey, there are plenty of options for you to mix and match. The appetizers were ok, cream cheese wonton was great and the egg rolls, as well as the dumplings. The chicken not so much and the onion rings were a little too dry for my taste. There were a variety of veggies and sauces to mix. They can expand the dessert a little the only thing available was almond cookies and ice cream. All in all it was a pleasant experience. I liked the food and probably would go back. For what you pay this place is a steal and well worth the money.
