Absolutely the worst fish sandwich EVER. Saw the flyer for beer battered cod and decided to give it a try. Also ordered a side of zucchini. The fish was pale, soggy and was falling apart. The zucchini was stale and soggy as well. My son usually eats everything and couldn’t even finish the fish and forced himself to eat the rest of the zucchini. I can’t recall when we were here last. I doubt we will be coming back anytime soon. What were we thinking?

This place is great everyone was so nice and helpful. The place was clean and food was served quickly to us. After they brought the food then they helped further by getting the extras for us. This is my favorite Carl’s Jr.

Not sure if all locations do this but each time I’ve been here they take my card to the back to complete the transaction and it makes me feel very uncomfortable that they do this. Every other fast food chain runs the card right in-front of you but here they disappear off to the back with my card and I feel that this is wrong.

I’ve been here 5 times, all through the drive through. Only once have I received everything that was ordered and that was a time I only ordered 1 meal. How hard is it to check and make sure everything that is on the receipt is in the bag? The first time I drive all the way home only to find that I was missing half my order. When I went back the guy at the counter didn’t seem to care. The next time I went there I asked is everything in the bag? The same guy as before says of course! I pull around and check my food and guess what? I’m missing food. When I go inside the guy smirks and say oh I’m sorry about that. The only reason I go here is that it’s convenient and close to my house, but it might be worth the extra time and drive to go elsewhere.

Carl’s Jr. is an American-based«fast-food» restaurant chain. Apparently non of the employees here know what the term«fast food» means. It took 20 min to get a simple order and the sad part is the place was not that busy. So if you think your just going to get a quick bite to eat before you go to Costco next door. Forget it. Dirty tables inside. This Carl’s Jr. production is in Slow Motion.

Horrible!!! Went thru the drive thru this past Saturday and ordered the natural burger. I have had this burger at another location and it was delicious! At this location it was digusting! Its supposed to hv cheddar cheese and it had american, the patty was dry and the bun was rubbery! Highly do NOT recommend this Carl’s Jr!

Worst customer service ever! First we ordered threw drive thru. The African American girl I believe her name to be tiana was rude. They had us go into the place and when my husband got off she was a smart ass with him laughed in his face and was even ruder. My husband was beyond pissed by the time we were done getting our food. Then to top it off they messed up two of our orders and forgot to give us a drink. We called to see what they can do to fix it and she said oh well u never told us when u were here. I’m sorry but any place that has got our order wrong in the past would do something to fix the issue. They seriously need to fire her. All the other employees looked embarrassed by her actions. I guess you can take the girl out of the ghetto but u can’t take the ghetto out of the girl. Don’t think we will be coming to this spot again.

Quite possibly the consistently worst fast food place I’ve ever had the misfortune of going to. Every single time they managed to mess up a drive thru order by leaving things off or putting things on a burger that I specifically asked nicely to leave off. It honestly feels as if they are purposely messing up by forgetting sides or giving you the wrong drink or even completely giving you the wrong order on a slow day. The food is sometimes cold or even just sloppily made. This place definitely needs new management and to be fixed from the ground up personnel wise.

I had a real bad experience there last week, but the worst part was I filled out a comment card & called the 800 # and was told someone would contact me and NOTHING! I order a breakfast meal along with some other I items and the took my food to the wrong table. After touching the food the person took it back to the counter to say it was not there order so they brought it to my table! I refused and asked for new food. They pretended to throw it away & put it under the counter. Then less than 2 minutes later they brought the cold food and said it was new. I had a special order so I knew they could not have made it that fast. I love Carl’s and their biscuits are the best but I would never eat at this location if I were you. Then to not have anyone contact me shows just how they feel about their customers. Stay AWAY!

I would not eat here again if my life depended on it. I ordered chicken nachos. Microwaved chicken, still cold. Tiny dribble of «cheese». A half tea soon if sour cream and wanna be guacamole(green ooze). $ 5.07 worth of s*** I wouldn’t feed a starving dog.

I don’t usually review fast food joints, but this place is so bad it warrants one. The service is horrible. Every time I am here(it’s convenient because it’s right by my house) the staff all seem like they are annoyed to even serve me. I usually go through the drive thru but the few times I have been inside, the place is FILTHY. The food is good as far as fast food standards go, but the service is so bad it makes the place barely tolerable. I would give zero stars if I could.

Big Carl Combo — $ 5 Ain’t nothing wrong with that! Its consistent… its reliable… its tasty! Word of advice, get the sweet potato fries… worth every penny! Much better than any Big Mac or Whopper. And plenty of food to keep me from being hungry!

Visited for lunch and they were busy. Placed our order and paid with my Debit Card, didn’t notice until I took a close look at my receipt that they charge a $ 1.00 surcharge for credit or debit card purchases. I don’t think anyone notices the little yellow sticker on the debit machine notifying you of this. I think that you should be made aware by prompt on the debit machine like Am/Pm’s debit machines do. Either way I think $ 1.00 is excessive, and in my opinion flat out sneaky how your not made aware, other than the yellow sticker. Other than that the service was polite & the food was brought to our table hot and to order. Dinning room was clean too. Although I’m annoyed I will go back…
