Great clothes at a great price. Never had any problems there and the people working at the store are helpful.

Just had the worst experience ever and they have just lost a loyal customer … Went in on Labor Day to exchange a couple items… Unfortunately I misplaced my receipt so I knew I would not be getting full credit for the items… I have a new baby and at the time I had originally purchased these items I had specifically asked the lady helping me out, should my baby outgrow the clothes or should the season change and my baby has moved up in size, is it going to be a problem if I come on and exchange for a new item or a larger size? I was told yes at the time…
Yesterday I went in to exchange a couple things and the lady told me they can’t even return the item, let alone give me store credit? I was absolutely shocked! The items are brand spanking new, tags on and all… Not only was she not going to give me some sort of credit toward my items but she flat out told me they won’t take it back period!
I was absolutely disgusted that I was originally told one thing only to be told yesterday that the store won’t even accept the 2 items!!!
I now have brand new clothing that I won’t even be able to use on my new baby… I was never notified of a new return policy!
Gymboree has lost me as a customer!

Gymboree is my weakness. I’ll wear clothing until it’s falling apart and couldn’t care less about the way it looks, but when it comes to my daughter I LOVE getting cute things for her! Gymboree has the BEST clothes for babies and kids. I like the outlet because, while the prices for Gymboree clothing are really high: there are ALWAYS sales here. Size selection is very limited, but I always end up buying more than I mean to here!

The clerk was friendly, and the store is clean enough. Most of their stuff is kind of over-​priced, but then it’s also some of the cutest stuff I’ve ever seen. This store usually has a pretty decent clearance selection, but their recovery is not great, and I’ve had trouble finding sizes on several occasions for this reason.
