I went through this law office when I got into an accident in 2009. The communication between my lawyer and I wasn’t consistent, which I found problematic. I’d have to call after a few months sometimes just to update on the case. I can understand that the case takes time and/​or that I’m not the only case they have, but at least call me to tell me it’s still in the same stage. There were moments when the status of the case did change but I was not notified.
After over two years of trying to work this case out (for a minor accident) it was settled. They charged about 33% for the whole case but that percentage can increase if the case gets more serious.
