Extreme Photo Booths

I tried calling the extreme photo booth company from a groupon advertisement and received the most unprofessional service. I was calling to get a quote on extra features they offered and needed to compare prices with other companies. At the end of the conversation, I told the guy I will be in touch because his price is over my budget but I will call back if no one else can give me the green screen background that I originally wanted within my original budget. He snapped and said, «if you’re all about money then don’t bother calling back» and hung up on me. Now can someone explain why a customer would Not be all about money? I need a service and of course I’m going to shop around for the best price? Never going to recommend this company to anyone looking to rent a photo booth guy. If he’s this rude to me asking about prices then, how rude will he be to my wedding guests? I guess he’s got plenty of business and didn’t even make an effort to gain mine and that’s fine because here’s your review.

I have to say this was a really great idea. (Of course it was… it was my idea.)
We rented the Classic Booth for my nieces birthday with the whole family in tow.
It was really fun, very silly, and we have pictures that will last a lifetime.
The best part of it for me, was that being from the ‘not young’ generation photo booths growing up were today’s selfies. It was absolutely the most entertaining kids birthday I have ever been to.
The guys that delivered were polite and helpful. They even talked to my nieces who were home and asking the kinds of questions little people ask.
If I didn’t live so far away, I would do the wedding package for my wedding coming up in November.
As for the above review, I didn’t have any trouble at all. It was a one and done kind of deal.
I would highly recommend them.
