This review is not based on how great the doctor is but how unprofessional the office is at changing a scheduled appointment. I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance only to be told 2 days before the appointment that she would not be in at the appointed scheduled time. While things do happen from time to time, this appointment was made way to far in advance to be just changed on a whim. I could not tell you whether or not the dentist is good because this would have been my first appointment but I’m more than happy to take business elsewhere.

This office is great compared to other dentist office’s I’ve previously been to in Flushing. It’s location is away from the Main Street, so it’s less busy there. When you walk in, the office is very neat and gives off a good vibe. The front desk is very polite and accommodating. Another plus is that there’s usually not a long waiting time. It’s always a dread waiting for hours in any doctor’s office, so when you’re seated quickly and promptly, that’s a big thumbs up!
Dr. Chen is a very kind soul! She’s so sweet, considerate, and patient and very easy to get along with. She’s also very professional. I’ve had a cleaning and some general restorations done there before, and it always is very smooth and efficient. If you need something done the same day, she will tell you, which always helps because it saves an extra trip out. I also needed to have my wisdom teeth extracted so she recommended me to another wonderful dentist. After the cleaning and x-​rays, she takes her time to explain to you if there is anything wrong or anything that needs to be done. She explains it in a way that is easy to understand.
I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent dentist.

Don’t even schedule an appointment here. They closed the office early due to snow and didn’t even contact me. The snow wasn’t that bad. I was able to get there on time. When I arrived the dentist was still there but didn’t even offer to honor my appointment. She didn’t seem to care and didn’t even apologize. But as I left she had the nerve to ask me if I would like to reschedule. Can you believe it? I told her I was never coming back and left. I had to leave work early for this.
