I’ve been coming here for years– at least a couple times a week. It’s terrible, I know, but I buy a lot of junk. However, I also come here to get some necessities, like my meds, and I just want to emphasize the wonderful and amazingness of the pharmacists. They are really helpful with helping me buy the right otc meds if I need them and making sure I have refills of any prescribed meds. They try to answer your questions to the best of their abilities. They’ve never made me feel anything awkward or embarrassed. Overall, it’s just made that part of my life that much easier to deal with so thank you.

I’ve been coming to this particular location for many years. There are other Rite Aids in the neighborhood & although they all get the job done, this one seems to beat the others on a few levels. *On the plus side: ~I’ve had prescriptions filled at this location & also at one of the others on occasion. I’ve always felt way more at ease when dealing with the pharmacy dept. at this Rite Aid. All the people behind the counter are extremely pleasant & very helpful. They really take the time to help & answer any questions one might have. I always receive courtesy calls if my refill prescription is placed too early. They also give reminder calls incase you don’t pick up your prescription within a few days. ~The store is pretty sizeable, organized & offers a variety of items. You probably will find what you’re looking for! ~Be sure to get the Rite Aid card for extra savings. In my opinion, Rite Aid outdoes any CVS or Walgreens as far as that goes :-) ~Customer service(recently stepped up their game)… I was over in the supplement aisle(probably looking confused). One of the female employees approached(a manager perhaps?) to offer assistance. I’m pretty certain the woman has worked at this store for a while now. Anyway, she explained about the current sale(buy 2 for the price of one) & informed me it would be ending soon. She also gave me some store coupons for 20% off. I told her I was unsure about the supplements at the moment but would think on it & decide later. She then asked what else she could help me with, got interrupted with another customer momentarily & then came back to try to get me in the right direction. I thought she was finished with me when she told me they probably didn’t have exactly what I was asking for & went on her way. Suddenly, she came walking back towards me & motioned me to a bath/body oils area that I never even noticed was there before! I was happy to find this particular section because I must’ve passed it time & time again without ever really noticing it! What I experienced that day was customer service beyond what I normally experience in a drug store & I have to say, I was very impressed! I’m not 100% certain but I believe the woman who was assisting me may have been Muslim. She & at least one other female employee, wear a head dress —(maybe Hijab). So that’s my guess. This is not something I really would give a second thought to but the reason I felt compelled to mention it is due to other somewhat discriminatory reviews I come across from time to time. I wanted my review to point out the positive… and that is that most people of ALL walks of life are looking to contribute to our society & live, just like the next person. Again, it’s kinda strange that I felt the need to mention this but maybe it’s time more people did instead of the alternative. *Note: I ended this review on a different note. I don’t usually feel the need to point out our«differences» but in these times, I felt it was a very good time to do so…

This Rite Aid is clean, organized, and has everything a Rite Aid should have. I’ve never had problems when getting prescriptions, coming here for a milk run, buying candy and snacks, etc etc. In fact, this is my favorite Rite Aid because of the countless times I’ve been here, I haven’t had a single issue. I can’t speak to the helpfulness of the employees because I have never needed to ask for help looking for things in the clearly marked aisles, but from the pleasantness I’ve experienced at the cash register, I think they would be very willing to help if I needed it.

I’m not a «drug store» kind of gal… I prefer walmart or target, but this the rite aid I usually go to for emergencies, as its near by. this location is pretty big, and has a nice size parking lot. It seems to always be well stocked and have lots of selection(meaning colors) in the make up department. I get annoyed when they have everything except«the color» I’m looking for. Store is also nice and clean and neat!(some are just out of control messy, I cant shop like that) Customer service is great. employees are very helpful. Line get longs but always moves fast. Pharmacist is not so friendly. Haven’t ever used them for meds, but I have been around to hear him dealing with customers. No very helpful. I like rite aid, they have great sales! Don’t forget to get your store card.

I stopped in Rite Aid to purchase a soda, cool no problem. I go to the register to make my purchase the young lady at the register was very polite and asked if I would like a bag I stated I didn’t not but I would like a straw. She stated they didn’t have any straws I was okay how do you sale cold drinks but have no straws, she then stated we never have straws. Lol really

This is by far the best Rite Aid in the area. Ever since the grand re-opening, it’s been fantastic. The store is clean and organized, with a much wider variety than the Parsons/Union Turnpike and nearby 188th St. location. The staff has always been very pleasant and kind. There is usually someone standing by the doorway to say hello and goodbye, as well as inform you of any specials or events going on(sometimes they have special health/preventative measures days). But late at night they can be short-staffed. Get the wellness+ card… the benefits are great! You even get points for filling prescriptions.

Clean. I didn’t notice not a speck of dirt in this place. and believe me. I looked. BUT the workers?! Not a single nice character in this place. No one said hello. No one said bye. What is wrong with these people? I sat at the photo center for maybe 30 minutes going through my pix and when I needed help no one came to my aid. I had to figure it out on my own. Took me a while but I did it. When I went to the register, the woman asked if I had a card. I said no and that was about all the conversation we had. She didn’t even tell me the amount I owed. It was so weird. Cat got your friggin tongue lady!?? So rude. Anyways, not my fave rite aid. Not even close actually. BUT it’s close to my school so I’ll probably return if I need some pictures developed while I’m on campus.

This is one of the only pharmacies in the area that accepts hubby’s union insurance. Their pharmacy is super attentive and caring — the pharmacist and/or assistant will always take the time to explain all medications and never sends you off without asking if you have any questions. We’ve also bombarded them with a numerous questions that didn’t relate to our medications on hand and they’ve always been patient in answering all our concerns. They have a relatively small selection of typical household items in stock but chances are if you are looking for a «normal» good, they will have it. There is a smallish parking lot that fits a little more than 10 cars. Be careful though, because it exits out onto Union Turnpike and we’ve witnessed more than our fair share of idiotic drivers in this place.
