I’m giving this one star for these reasons:
1. I waited over an hour to be checked.
2. I had to weight myself and the nurse was busy calling her family on the phone instead of checking my blood pressure.
3. The doctor would say one thing then the nurse would come and say another.
4. I spent about 3 hours here just to get vaccinated???
5. The nurse sent me upstairs for the shot b/​c she was on her lunch break for an hour plus? and she told the nurse upstairs to send me back downstairs?
6. I had to get blood work done 4x b/​c they made a mistake. Seriously ?
Do yourself a favor don’t come to this location, the reception is depressing, the entire facility is depressing.

Everyone at my job has the «cool» doctor. You know the one… The one you can call from the Mall and ask to write you a sick line that you can then pick up from the receptionist on your way home. The doctor who’s default question is, «How long do you want to stay out?»
Well, that NEVER happens for me. Never. Dr. Changlassian gives me a hard time for the office visits I drag my sick ass out of bed for. I guess the MTA, my employer, disputed some notes she wrote at some point. Once burned, twice shy.
Otherwise, the staff are friendly. And they have late evening walk-​in hours. With the lack of Urgent Care options in the area, it’s better than going to the Emergency room that’s for sure.

Do not make an appointment here unless you have time to wait since an appointment time means absolutely nothing!!!

This location has by far the worst wait time. Seriously, if your able to go to another place try one. I will not tarnish any doctor names but one of my doctors would have a 2hour wait limit. That is completely nuts. The labs waiting area is very small and they are not good at taking blood here. I switched to the QLIMG in forest hills.
