Store is an absolute mess. Pricing is incorrect and clothes are legit in piles stacked high. Don’t know what’s going on here– came here to avoid the business of northern Blvd but totally a mistake.

The store is a MESS! They are definitely under staffed there was a huge line and only two people at the register. There is no one to greet you at the door and the most disappointing part was that the maternity section was a very small and restricted area that was impossible to shop because of the mess!

I don’t expect much from old navy. I don’t go here to buy clothes. I only come in here to buy undershirts for my scrubs or… only if my friends want to go. Why does old navy have to be so dirty and unorganized?! pure nightmare for those with OCD…(Me) Today, I have decided this will be the last time I’ll be stepping into old navy besides the mall locations. Why? I came out of the store with bug bites. Enough said.

If I could give this store zero I would. No matter what time you go there is ZERO organization. I’ve heard the sales associates cursing on the floor, even when they noticed me, a customer, they just laughed and kept on cursing and using really vulgar language. Save it for your own time. The cashiers have no sense of urgency regardless of how long the line is. They do not apologize or thank you for waiting. Today(July 5th, 2015 at around 1:45pm) I was waiting in this terribly long line when there was a disagreement regarding the return a customer was trying to make. The cashier called over the manager who was extremely condescending and quite loud. The cashier was very polite to her manager and simply explained that she was not sure what to do and that she trying to explain the situation. The manager, a blonde woman, probably late 40s early 50s, was so rude, cutting her off all the time, also very rude to the customer. I was shocked that Old Navy let’s managers treat their sales associates this way. This woman, at the very least should be written up. I understand that a customer or even an employee may be difficult but at the POS is not the time or place to vent your frustrations. I will not be coming back to this location. Old Navy, time to re-evaluate your employees.

This Old Navy has serious customer service issues. A little racist as well. The store was not the cleanest. So instead of actually cleaning the 7 staffers on the floor were huddled together chit chatting. The line was not any better. One girl was actually working(the cashier who helped me). The other two helped someone then when they were done walked away and started putting clothes away and more chit chatting! While there was still a line of people waiting! It was infuriating! The store has gone down hill. They should really have better customer service training classes. HORRIBLE!!!

This is one of the worst Old Navy locations In Queens. I waited like 20 – 30 mins just to purchase two items tonight. There were only two cashiers and I don’t see anyone else jumping on to speed up the line. They were all focusing on closing the store then the customers that are driving up their conversion. At least the one in Sky View Center, actually have Sales Associates on the floor greeting and providing customer service. The management for this location should really FOCUS more on the CUSTOMERS and also the appearance of the store. Kids were running around like it were a playground and gift cards were scattered on the floor.

Never thought Old Navy could disappoint me. Today it did. I always had success at this location. They always had my size, the racks and tables were full and orderly, and there was never a long line. I am not a fan of shopping in general, so my usual plan is just buy two of everything I like in two different sizes. I then return the stuff that didn’t fit or I didn’t like. Simple and quick. I can spend 15 minutes in the store, and I am out. I was actually a little excited to go shopping also tonight, because I had a coupon for a free tote, and 40% off everything you buy, today ONLY. I walked in and the line was wrapping around the men’s department. I guess everyone got the coupon. I walked around and the clothes on the racks were really limited! The tables were a disaster with tank top mosh pits! I needed a hoodie and the only one I could get that was my size just wasn’t my favorite. There were some really cute tops and skirts I loved, but the hangers that had the size clips on them, didn’t match any of the actual sizes of the clothes on the hangers. The one top I found that was my size, had a stain on it. I did get a little excited when I saw a whole display of Hello Kitty stuff!(look away from the display Meri.) They also had a table that had Mets and Yankee t-shirts(of course none in my size.) I guess Old Navy is going outside their name brand box? There were no sales people on the floor and then I waited on line for 15 minutes. The cashiers were not in a rush at all, even though the line was now snaking all the way to the center of the store. There was a kid behind me who bumped into me 30 times and by the 29th time, I was ready to walk out of the store. I did get my tote and 40% off, but wasn’t happy with the store this time around. ****ETA: I just checked my email and I got an eReceipt from Old Navy. It listed all I bought, how much I saved, and if I fill out a survey, I get 10% off of a full price item. This just bumped my review up a star.

Old Navy online sucks. Old Navy on 20th Ave. sucks less. When I go there, I just hope that I can walk out with something and, unfortunately, I normally don’t. Their styles seem to be the same each time I go there. The jeans are the same — always — and that’s what kills me the most. They SOMETIMES have a cute top or two, but nothing to get excited about. I did get a belt for 12 cents once!

Wow I’m surprised nobody has reviewed this Old Navy location yet since they’ve been open for quite some time now. This is the Old Navy located in the strip mall that consists of Target, BJs, Babies R’ Us and Modells. This is one of the larger ones in the Flushing area; the ON on Roosevelt was probably just as big but they have shut that one down and put in place a much smaller store in the SkyView center a few blocks down. There is a huge selection here, however it’s typical of the ON flea market spread. Things are thrown about, and don’t even bother looking for maternity clothes. It’s classified with all the clearance items(moms get no respect here apparently!) and it looks like a stockroom with all the boxes and clothes flung everywhere. There is no order and just looking at the mess gives me a headache. I don’t shop at places like Marshalls/TJMaxx for this very reason and one look at their lame«maternity» section made me march straight out the door. The reason for the 3 stars is for the plentiful parking and the large store. If you weren’t a preggo, you’d probably be able to find whatever it is you needed.
