I’m surprised by the other bad reviews. My chiropractor referred me to Dr. Kim. I found Dr. Kim and his staff to be polite, helpful and professional. After weeks of misery, under Dr. Kim’s care, the right medication and treatment, I’m on the road to recovery. His physician’s assistants/​nurses were extremely patient and took the time to explain what they were doing and why before and after my procedure. They understood I was in pain and nervous and did their very best to make me comfortable and put my mind at ease.

Last year i would have given this place 1 star, but since they changed the entire front desk staff I give it 3. I’ve been with Dr. Han for several years and while he may not be the most outgoing or have the best bedside manner, he does know his stuff. If you’re looking for someplace to come & feel better, he can help. If you’re looking to have your hand held then this probably isn’t the place for you.

Referred to Dr. Kim by my general practitioner and scheduled an epidural injection to address several herniated discs. While the outward appearance of this facility is sleek and state of the art the treatment is assembly line care at best! I was appalled by the impersonal treatment of the medical professionals during my procedure. I will not be returning to them for a second procedure.

Receptionists and doctors are condescending. They only show respect to elderly Asians. We went there twice and will never go back there again.
