So here’s the deal. I was SO excited to find this place, especially considering the pictures show PRECISELY what I am looking for. Since I am from out of town and don’t have a car at my disposal, I decide to call to ensure they have exactly what I am looking for(tiny succulent plants) so I don’t waste my time running from subway station to subway station looking for these plants. So I call the first time(twice) during open hours to no avail. A woman FINALLY answers on the third try. In my sweetest voice(I’m a Southern belle to a fault), I say«Hi. I’m looking to see if you sell succulent plants.» The BROAD says, «why?» Now Southern Belle has left the building and I quickly respond with a «to buy?» The wench hangs up. What the? Who does that when they are running a business?!? Not to be defeated(and possibly to do the hanging up if needed the second time), I called back and she answers again. Taking the deepest of deep breaths, I say«I may have asked my question wrong the last time. I’m trying to see if you guys carry succulent plants.» Clearly frustrated by the NERVE, the unmitigated gall of a consumer fighting to exchange money to help her business thrive, she hands the phone to a man. He says hello and I say«Hello, I think I upset the lady. I’m just trying to see if you have succulent plants.» He says, «Don’t speak English. You come in.» He was still saying something, so — of course — I had to take ANY opportunity to get the hang up in. So I hung up. Needless to say, I have NEVER subscribed to the notion of «rude New Yorkers.» After trekking back and forth to NYC for a variety of reasons fo 20+ years, this is — by far — the only example I’ve stumbled upon. Question. If the lady didn’t understand my answer of «to buy,» would she really have understood me saying to «fit into tiny CB2 bowls I bought so that we can use them as cute living favors for a bridal shower?»

It is really a nice and big flower shop in Flushing. There are many different kind plants, trees and flowers. They have special designs for succulent plants. They are so cute tho. And They did have a big room to control the temperature and humidity to keep flowers fresh. And I always see Lunar New Year’s decorations there. They are all«RED». Staffs are nice tho.
