Offers great personal training with an affordable price. Your personal goal is whether loosing weight or becoming more athletic in other sports, they custom your work out plan according to your needs. Workout never seems boring becuase they use many different types of equipment and weights (including kettle bells). Different from conventional ‘weight lifting’ personal training, in that they measure your body functionality in order to correct your posture, balance, and body mechanics during initial consult. And they focus on your dysfunctions and try to correct them. I feel like people like myself with chronic back pain will benefit tremendously from this type of training. Coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful. They also give great nutritional tips on how to eat Healthy. Also, if you are a biker, coach Jason (who’s a cyclist) will give you excellent tips on how to ride better ;) definately recommend this place!
