Bunch of scumbags at this place, billed insurance 6k for a new bumper cover and respray the hood, I went to pick it up and the bumper was covered in dimples and drips, didn’t touch the hood, and they scratched my rims. Told me your Acura is old, what does it matter!

Got my 2015 BMW 3 GT rear ended pretty baldly, Highline did an amazing job, and even buffed up my front bumper. You are the best thanks again!!!

I took off from work early to go here for an estimate to have a couple new performance parts painted for my car. Once he saw that it was not a big job through an insurance company he kind of just blew me off. After sitting there and watching him walk in and out of a back room 15 times and say nothing to me I left. My money is the same green as everyone else. I guess they got it like that there. But if the management is like that I can’t imagine the work and attention to detail would be any better. I took my business over to detailing dynamics they were happy to help me.

Poor customer service. owners are very nasty to their customers. Bunch of skeemers who overcharged my insurance company. They did a horrible repair job on my car. A simple body repair took close to 2 weeks! Do not give your business to them. Waste of time and money.

Highline is a great body shop! They go the extra mile and are so accommodating. Andrew and Steve are really helpful and know their stuff! I will definitely use them again.

I went to Highline to have my side view mirror replaced after getting hit while my car was parked. Since I was replacing the side view mirror, I decided to also have them install a factory rear roof spoiler.
I met with Arthur who was very approachable and handled everything correctly and professionally.
I’m very attentive to details, and for a simple job as installing a rear spoiler, they made sure it lined up correctly.
I am very happy with their quality of work and service.
Will definitely recommend their facility as it is one of the cleanest ones I’ve been to.

Came in because I lost control on the snow, bent my fender pretty badly and cracked my front bumper.
I drove over and Arthur came out to assess my damage right away. He was not pushy and his prices were fair. He really works with you and makes you comfortable. After visiting 2 – 3 other body shops and having been quoted twice as much, I shook hands with Arthur and gave him my car.
Let me just say that the color on my car is iridescent. Meaning that it looks different in different lights… Meaning that it’s nearly impossible to match.
When I picked up my car a week later, I was floored. Not only did the paint match perfectly, not only did my badly bent fender look PERFECT, but my car looked like it just left the showroom. Worth every freaking penny. I feel like I’m driving a new car again. Great job guys, thank you.

Had my front fender and wheel hit when I was parked. Heard some good things about this body shop from friends and they’re Mercedes Benz certified. Took a couple of weeks but got the car back looking brand new.

Went to get my windows tinted on my mazda3 last week and haven’t stopped getting compliments, you guys did a terrific job! Thanks! …also they have high quality 3M tint which is a plus!

I’ve recently gotten into fender bender on my BMW and had to decide among the many different body shops in Queens which one to bring my car too. I value not only quality, but convenience. I occasionally get my car hand washed at Highline detailing and recollected that Steve and Bruce told me months ago that the auto body business was going to open up soon. I decided to go straight to Steve and Bruce the day after the accident since I was so impressed by the quality of their tint work and hand wash. Another plus was that they close fairly late at around 6PM, so that was very convenient for me.
I was greeted by Bruce upon arrival, who informed me that Arthur would take care of me. Arthur is a direct guy and didn’t try to oversell me. He told me that he could fix the fender and get the corners replaced without a problem and that there was no need to buy a whole new fender. He asked to exchange cell phone numbers so that we can keep in touch if I had any questions during the next days while he had my car. There was a slight delay in getting the car back to me, but Arthur had told me that the day after I dropped it off. I assumed it was because he had a sudden influx of cars to take care of from the Mercedes shop a block away. I was nervous when I picked up the car, but it turned out perfect. I even asked Arthur if he would do me a favor and do a quick touch up on a part of the bumper that was not related to the accident. Arthur was happy to help and had his partner Steve assist. Steve was meticulous in touching up the bumper even though it was already 630 PM and getting late.
In summary, I would definitely go here again to do any body work. If you normally get your car washed there and have taken time to speak to either Steve, Bruce or Arthur — you would know they care about the quality of their work — especially now that they are building up their auto body business. Before I had handed my keys to Arthur, he even told me that they are trying to be the King of the Hill of body shops in Queens and they would not disappoint. Considering their garage was full of Mercedes and BMWs, I gave them a shot and am definitely a satisfied customer. I also wanted to mention, they gave me a complimentary hand wash!
