Remarkable service the manager came with his crew … large trucks for my sisters hoarding house there there trucks were new and discreet … they did six 30 yard truck loads in 9 hours … i was shocked and impessed … frank has the operation down packed … unbelievable !

Frank was professional and accommodating when I needed a full clean out of an apartment. Mike and his team were great. They arrived on time and ensured everything was satisfactory before they left. They even swept up all the debris.
I would recommend using them for all clean outs.

Called on a Friday afternoon about urgently clearing out an apartment the next day, when the new tenant decided at the last minute they wanted to move in unfurnished. Met Mike at the apartment at 11am the next day. Really appreciated the friendly and efficient service and it was less than half the price of the quote I received from another company.

Very satisfied. My job involved declutter and cleaning, not just junk removal — so a different skill set needed. The foreman and 2 guys handled this very well. That process takes more time, but we got everything done in a day that could possibly be done. They even assembled two bookshelves for me — did that skillfully also.
Frank’s judgement is good; I did need a 3 man crew. They were a pleasure to work with, and experienced with the declutter process.
Be prepared for some sticker shock — but Frank will explain what is involved with 2 or 3 men, a truck, disposal fees, etc.

The actual work was great. The pricing ridiculous. I was given the price after the job. I was quoted less than half than what I was charged. It was a big lesson for me on how to do business. Admittedly I was desperate and I feel I was taken advantage of by Frank. He became very intimidating when I told him I thought it was too much. He gave me a 50.00 discount. Ha! Hopefully I will never be in that position again.
