My text to speech interface will not allow me to rate lower than three but this place deserves zero stars! This place serves bland on healthy food, has rude and uncaring Steph, Is clearly rundown, poorly run, lacks full-​time medical staff, uses physicians assistant instead of doctors, will not provide needed medical services when requested, sloppy when administering medications provides unnecessary physical therapy to ensure higher payments from your insurance company and didn’t check me in until the day I was leaving after three weeks of being in this hellhole! I highly recommend that if you were at a nearby hospital, do not allow them to send you to this location

My mom was having a stroke a month ago and she transferred from a acute center to this sub-​acute center. She called me everyday and complained the staffs pulled her on a wheelchairs to have a meal and my mom requested to go back to the room after meal, the staff told my mom you have to stay here to wait for the next meal. But my mom is tired, she just wanted to go back to her room to rest. Later I found out the truth was my mom is too heavy to move in and out of bed to wheelchairs. On time I had to call the nurse supervisor to have someone to help my mom to get back to her room for rest.
Dreary. Depressing. Run-​down. Gloomy. It feels more like a prison than a nursing home.
As for the staff, they operate more like prison wardens with their glum, mean, bullying attitude than behave like nurses/​nurse aids supposedly there to provide loving care to the people who are unfortunate enough to be there. Social workers are no better just punching in the clock and showing little concern beyond the superficial (fake) level. Maybe the staff are over worked, under paid, under trained. I don’t know. But the way they treat the residents and the visitors (I was visiting my mom) you would think they are confident that they’ll never be in need of such a place like this when they become older and frail. One word to people who treat others in such an unkind, uncaring profession.
