Simply called to ask a question about something regarding to their stores and the customer service was great. The lady provided me with the number I needed to contact as well.

its Dunkin, for years this place was voted the cleanest location out of all of them. The staff deal with college kids so they probably see a lot of debauchery so don’t be surprised if they aren’t all smiles and thank you! however they are quick, accurate and serve you promptly. Ice Cream is cheap and coffee is made well. Can’t go wrong here.

Such no please feel your tight little Dunkin’ Donuts very good very very instant I recommend to try cheater cheese bagel twist extra hot. If it’s cold you won’t taste how good is the cheese on it:)

This is the Dunkin Donuts closest to Queens College. The parking lot is very small so beware. It is always crowded at this location. The staff is very friendly and they work fast. I ordered a iced dark roast coffee light and sweet. The barista didn’t get that order right because she forgot to sweeten it. So I got staright coffee and cream. Such a disappointment. It’s my fault though, I should have tasted it before I left. Hopefully the next time I visit it won’t happen again.

— Come here randomly because I live close by but I don’t recommend going to this Dunkin Donuts. The staff is beyond rude. You order a specific sandwich, & they make you what ever they want. Does that make any sense? The older woman, maybe a manger is also rude to costumers. And it is so freezing inside, you can’t sit and enjoy a snack!

I went to the Dunkin store near Queens College(15367 Horace Harding Expy) during lunch time and I ordered an medium iced coffee(with a coupon from DK iphone app) and an old fashion donut as usual. However the cashier mistook my order to a medium hot coffee and kept me waiting for a long time. What’s the worst, both the cashier and the store manager treat me like I was lying and stealing from them, and of course in front of everyone! It deeply hurt my feelings and even terminated my impression of DK as the most friendly and comfortable coffee shop in US. To be frank, I don’t know if I will go to that store again, since it’s still the nearest one to my college. Maybe it’s time to try the Starbuck @ campus.

This Dunkin is an ice box! Freezing cold in here. The manager here is on top of her game though. She makes sure her store is spotless and that her restroom isn’t abused and trashed by non-paying customers. The mango passion fruit coolata is sweet but it lacks passion fruit flavors. It’s just artificial flavors. Would be nice if there were bits of passion fruit seeds to give it a nice crunch. The parking lot is small but there’s usually spaces available.

Popped in at around 9AM with my friend because we wanted food and a drink before we started with our day. I am not a breakfast person. I enjoy breakfast foods but I much prefer meatier, heavier foods that keep me going through the day since I generally only have around 2 meals a day anyway. At 9AM they served their entire menu including my favorite, the chicken sandwich on a pretzel bun, which was delicious considering it was still cheap food, and the iced tea was great. My friend ordered his breakfast and finished it before I had started mine. We both went through the day and were perfectly satisfied until dinner time. Friendly service and in general it was a pleasant place to go.

I’ve been in the neighborhood for 30 years, the donut quality has significantly decreased which is a shame. I do like the Baskin Robbins icecream. Please go back to the way the donuts used to be! !!!

They don’t even deserve a star. Extremely bad service and rude. Saw them making fun of a customer who does not speak English. Will never go back again to this location. Definitely need to switch employees.

Hmm, I thought I rated this dunkin donuts? Decent donuts and friendly service. It is a bit crowded in the afternoon and may be a wait. I only brought donuts so far. Good if you want a want a coffee and donut to go!

Very conveniently located and has its own parking lot. The parking lot isn’t big, fits about 10 or so cars, but even if you’re not able to park there, its located in a residential area, so parking isn’t a major issue. There are plenty of tables for you to sit down and enjoy your food and drink. In addition, there is also a basking robins located in this Dunkin Donuts, which makes it very enjoyable for ice cream lovers like myself.

Fast, efficient and they don’t burn the coffee. Bathroom clean when u need it. Ample seating I guess but the local college kids make it a hangout at all hours. There’s parking! Definitely a plus, but a drive thru would’ve been perfect though. Too tight and too busy a corner. Bus stop right in front of it and heavy traffic intersection. Convenient right before you jump onto the westbound Long Island Expressway.

The Dunkin to go to if you have a cravings for donuts. The staff here work quickly and efficiently even though its always busy. Due to the fast turnover, the donuts are always replenish and always fresh. My son especially like the hash brown, done just right and not too oily. I guess there is a difference although its a franchise. Keep up the good work… :)

Great location but I wish they had a drive through. They do have a window in the parking lot that is supposed to be used as a walk up window yet in all the times I’ve been here I have never once seen it open. I would probably come here a lot more often instead of going to the one near work if they had a drive through.

Let me first talk about the service. This is a well oiled machine. Alec the Manager has created by far the best DD Team ever. Lucky I am to work just down the block from this DD. I have had the displeasure of visiting other DD’s in the area and have yet to find one that can compare. They get my order right the first time. This seems to be a trail for other DD’s in the area. I am an fan of the Iced Tea from DD. Every other, and I do mean every other DD the tea tastes old and nasty. This DD it is always fresh as is everything else. The team, Seema, Ragda, Felix, and all the others keep this place clean and the products fresh. Make this your morning stop on your way to work,

I don’t normally write reviews about Dunkin Doughnuts/Baskin Robins. Mainly because they all taste pretty much the same. Only reason I want to write this one in particular is that you should stay away from the Butter Pecan… I’ve came here at least 3 times… and all 3x… it was spoiled. You would think by now they change the tub. But in reality. It got me thinking if that tub was there… at all 3x that I’ve went for the past 2 months?! Each time I went and left with it. I ended up wasting my $$. Hope they have better management in keeping an eye on what’s fresh and what’s not. Cause if you can’t even maintain Ice-Cream. I question about their other foods.

I haven’t really tried their other things yet so this review is entirely based on their recent deal of 99 cents for any size iced tea. I ordered a large one to share with my friend and with just one sip, it was like drinking sugar water. Literally. There was wayyy too much sugar in that iced tea! I couldn’t even sip it. Iced tea should never taste like your drinking sugar mixed with water! There was barely any tea flavor. So word of warning: if you decide to order the iced tea, ask for little sugar. Otherwise you’ll regret spending that $ 1.08(of course there’s tax!)
