This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts! I’m a regular. There’s so many in Jackson Heights, but I always come to this one.
The service is exceptional! My drinks always come out how I want them to. If it’s busy, the employees still manage to smile, and treat you with the utmost respect. My mom’s drink sometimes does get messed up, if I ask for no sugar (her’s a bit complicated because she’s picky) but the employees gladly make me a new one, and don’t even make me feel bad.
I love this Dunkin! Just come to this one, and you’ll leave happy!
The other Dunkin Donuts like on Roosevelt, and 37th Ave, are eh.

Dunkin Donuts in every corner of NY, so why is this location so special? Because it’s newly renovated, bright lights, big location, large parking space and great service, makes this location a winner! My favorite location! Oh! And also has a Baskin Robins in it!

This review is just for their iced lattes…
I normally don’t like dunkin donuts but the caramel iced lattes are well made at this particular location. It’s not overly sweet like Starbucks. or water downed like the other locations.

My favorite Dunkin Donuts in Queens! Fast friendly service ALWAYS. The ladies at the register are always very nice and very friendly and always read back your order to make sure they got it correct. Coffee is always delicious. Especially the Iced Coffee. Food is always good. Never cold. Very rarely mess up an order.
On occasion I will order a bagel NOT toasted with Cream Cheese and sometimes its toasted. That usually happens when I noticed a new worker preparing the food orders.
Some mornings there is a long line, but it moves fast. Thats one of the things I love most about this location. You could walk in to a big line, but you will still be out pretty quickly.

This Dunkin Donuts is pretty wack. A lot of the times they screw up the order and don’t listen at all. You definitely have to watch them make your shit. I had ordered a bagel with cream cheese one time and saw the lady put butter on it and wrap it up. She handed it to me and I was like «that’s butter? I ordered cream cheese» so she basically took it and tried to put cream cheese on top of the butter. I was like «yoooo.are you serious?» and she’s like laughing that she got caught. Shit’s annoying.

They are so nice here they always give my kids free stuff. They do not always have what I want and they sometimes mess up my order and donuts, though delicious are really not good for you, this place is diabetes to go.

what can i possibly say about this D&D that would be any different from any other D&D… they’re all basically the same. As long as they get my order right I’m happy, Iced Caramel Latte w. Whipped Cream.
