I can’t say enough good things about this place. Mr. Lee was extremely polite, professional and thoughtful throughout, from the first phone call til the moment he insisted on taking my old, heavy, unwieldy blinds to my building’s out-​of-​the-​way designated spot for such trash (not something I would expect him to do).
He arrived for the estimate and the installation on time, and both took LESS time than he had predicted. He was patient with my questions and explained my choices in detail.
The shades meet my primary objective of privacy plus (in this order of priority) looks and sun-​blocking. My shades actually look a lot BETTER than I expected (usually not the case with major purchases you ‘have’ to make, you know?) even though I went with a relatively cheap option.
On top of all that … drum roll please … It was VERY VERY VERY VERY reasonably priced. It was barely one QUARTER the price I paid 3 years ago for similar service.
I can’t say enough good things about the service and quality.
Note they will go anywhere — my job was in Manhattan, & they have offices in NJ (201 944 4343) as well as NY (718−353−3250).
