I had the pleasure of having Chef Sebastian cook us a private meal for my
Mom’s 60th birthday and it was so delicious! He has very prompt and accommodated one vegetarian in our party without issue. He was amazingly easy to deal with and kept in contact with us regularly leading up to the event. He described each course in lovely detail but was not at all intrusive, and afterwards the kitchen was spotless. I would highly highly recommend!!!

We were lucky to have Chef Sebastian for a private meal in CT in August. Amazing food, especially loved the cold cucumber and melon soup for the summer temperatures. Our white chocolate mousse was light and made with fresh blackberries and white chocolate.
