I’ve been here a few times and it’s basically my go-to place for crepes in Queens. It’s always decorated so nicely to reflect any major holiday and the staff is super friendly. They have a wide variety of crêpe options to choose from. I’m always drawn to their savory crepes! They’re so filling and seem healthier than getting a dessert crêpe lol. I’d recommend the turkey mushroom crêpe if you want something that’s not too heavy but will still fill you up! If you want to satisfy your sweet tooth, then try the crêpe with green tea ice cream, Nutella and red bean :) I’m not the biggest fan of their drinks. I usually get their lemon tea and I remember it being super good the last time I came. But the one they brewed for me today tasted weird. I don’t know if they added honey to it but it was just off. Maybe I’ll just stick to their regular tea selection next time…

Went to café bench at 11:20, attempted to order by 11:23 with my party of 3 and the guy behind the counter tells me that they close the kitchen at 11:20! So BRUH, why you open til 12? Doesn’t make any sense to me. Also, you had seen us walked in and didn’t think to mention that tip til after it was closed? Sounds like a douchebag move IMO. Besides the customer service, the place is adorable. Really cute for date night, and I had the lady nana and it is truly amazing. But the guy behind the counter tho.. ..

The decorations in the bakery is nice and the presentation of the crepes are also well thought out. On the day that I went, there were not that many people, maybe one or two. The staff was kind but did not really make that many suggestions. They have a lot of things on their menu, but their prices are a little too high and the waiting time is probably 10 minutes, or at least it was for me. I enjoyed the crêpe, but it’s not a taste that I will remember forever. It was just ok, but nothing too special.

Delicious sweet crepes— so guilty! Will not dissapoint if you’re looking for a dessert place to chat with friends and what not.

Such beautiful Christmas decorations! I am absolutely in love with their store theme and decorations. The environment makes me feel very warm and its very welcoming. They have picnic size tables for people to sit in groups and small round coffee tables for individuals’ and perfect for friends or couples. Majority of their deserts are really nice looking ;) which is great for Instagram pics. The crêpe and ice creams are delicious. I would also recommend this place for people who are just working on their paper or school work. It is a very quiet area and perfect lightning for the holiday season. The bathroom decorations are so cutesy. They even have stickers on their wall and on the toilet cover.

This place has great crepes. I got the Super Nanny Mary Poppins with bananas and it was delicious. The crêpe was soft like it should be. Just be ready for a sugar overload! My boyfriend got the Nutella addict and a hot chocolate and he loved it. The place itself is clean and decorated nicely. The reason I gave it four stars and not five is because the staff isn’t very friendly. But overall, great crepes.

Very nice café I really liked the décor and the crepes were really good. The thing that I liked most about Café Bench was the presentation everything I ordered was nicely detailed.

I came here on a cold January day with my boyfriend and we ordered the sweet lemon Tea & lemon C crêpe for me. They were both delicious! The lemon tea was strongly flavored with lemon and I never had a lemon tea taste so good. The lemon c crêpe was alright but I’ll have to try the other crepes as well! The decorations were so cute and quaint.

Café bench is a place I would to, to have a coffee with a friend. They have great tea latte as well. Both sweet and savory crepes are delicious. The sweetness of the crepes and a cup of black coffee is just right. As for savory, the steak crêpe was sooo good if made my mouth water just looking at it. Only thing that made this venue one star from perfect is their lengthy wait time for you order to be ready

Cute little spot for a variety of different desserts, teas, coffees, drinks and crepes! You can choose between dessert crepes or meal type ones. You seat yourself and pick up your food when it’s ready. They decorate the place so cute! When I went in the Fall so it feels like you’re having a picnic outside. Good for a meal, snack or desserts. I’d come back :)

Fact is, I’m up at 4 in the freakin’ morning writing this cause I’m thinking about your crepes. That should speak volumes. This café is so cayooooot. I love the big ol’ tree they lit up inside that gives it such a romantic vibe. Kind of doesn’t feel like you’re in Queens for a moment.

Omg I fell in looovveeeee once I came into this café! The way they decorated the café was so festive and so pretty! I love their décor as well! So I decided to pick this place while my sister and I had to wait for someone. My sister and I decided to get a small drink and decided to share a crêpe. My sister ordered a small Cappuccino and I ordered a small Hot Chocolate. We also got the Alice Crêpe. Once we ordered, they gave us a buzzer to let us know when our dessert was ready. Once our buzzer rang, I was soooo excited. Their latte art and crêpe was on point. Even their mugs and plates have their logo«café bench» written on it. The Cappuccino had two hearts on them which made it look super cute! For the Hot chocolate, it was all swirls. My sister said the Cappuccino wasn’t bitter at all. The hot chocolate wasn’t really sweet, however it was just right. The Alice crêpe was really sweet though. It had melted hershey kisses, Hershey drizzle and the portion wasn’t that big but it was just enough for two people to share. I give the crêpe 4⁄5 stars. I would love to come here again if I have the opportunity to do so.

We wanted a smallish Sunday lunch at around 2pm so we thought we’d give Café Bench a try. Immediately upon walking in, I was sold on how beautiful the restaurant was decorated. They’re decked out for Christmas right now and the whole place looked like a classically designed winter wonderland. It made me smile right away. Their menu has a page each of hot and cold drinks, smoothies, dessert crepes and savory crepes. I ordered the beef skillet crêpe and a green tea smoothie. My husband got a turkey and mushroom crêpe with a red eye smoothie. A short wait at our quiet table and our little beeper vibrated to let us know our food was ready. We both really enjoyed our crepes. My beef skillet was really expertly put together. The crêpe itself was tender and lovely, the beef was seasoned right and piping hot, the cheeses were melty while my spinach was still cold and crispy. Not sure how they managed to get the temperature of all that spot on, in one crêpe package but it was delish. The green tea smoothie was rich and creamy without being too sweet or heavy. All in all, we had a delightful lunch. The restroom, btw, is one of the cleanest restaurant restrooms I’ve ever been in. The entire restaurant is inviting and clean. Great experience, great food. Would definitely come again.

Very nice, quaint spot for crepes. The place was beautifully decorated and very festive! Even the staff had festive, coordinated outfits. I ordered a crêpe with strawberries and cheesecake(I forgot the name) and it was deeeeelicious! The portions are generous. I also ordered the Strawberry Star smoothie, which had a great flavor, but I generally like my smoothies thicker than how it was made. The one annoying thing was that they were unable to accept credit cards that day and I don’t walk with cash, so I had to leave and go to the bank to get cash. I questioned whether it was just that day that the credit card machine wasn’t working. I’d definitely return though!

Came here for some delicious crepes. We ordered the Lady Nana with banana, vanilla ice cream, and condense milk. We also ordered coffee mang and a peach momo. The coffee mang was disgustingly too sweet. If you are not a fan of overly sweet drinks, do not order this without telling them to make it less sweet if that’s possible. The peach momo was good but just a little too sweet for me.

200th review! So I came here with friends today after classes to grab a mid-afternoon snack. This place is so cute! It’s very well decorated and the ornaments really bring out an Autumn spirit :) The tables were also very clean and sort of resemble picnic tables/chairs. I noticed that some reviews complain about a rude cashier but the one that we got wasn’t mean at all. When you walk in, you first place your order at the counter and then they give you this vibrating device that goes off when your order is ready. Whenever I’m at cafes, I honestly never know where to put the garbage and plates/utensils after I’m done eating. Here, you just bring it back up to the counter before you leave and they take care of it for you. Lady Nana crêpe– I think this is their most popular one and I thought it tasted great! It has banana slices, condensed milk, a huge scoop of vanilla ice cream, and crumbled nilla crackers. The crêpe was prepared perfectly. It wasn’t underdone but wasn’t burnt either. In fact, I thought it had the perfect texture with a little crunch to it. All of the other ingredients blended together very well. The only thing I could possibly complain about is that the scoop of ice cream was bigger than the crêpe itself. I mean, I’m paying $ 8.75 for a crêpe, not for a giant scoop of ice cream lol. Pistachio truffle– It’s actually bigger than it looks. While it definitely makes for an instagram worthy pic, I didn’t think it tasted that good. It was basically a huge scoop of pistachio ice cream with a hard shell around it. The ice cream was ok but the shell was not my cup of tea. I also got to try some of what my friends ordered. I thought the white chocolate truffle was way better than the pistachio because it has raspberry sorbet in the middle so the sourness balances out the sweetness better. The forest crêpe is great for those that are fans of green tea ice cream. I normally don’t like savory crepes but the veggie morning savory crêpe that my friend got was so good! It sort of reminded me of a very tasty breakfast wrap lol. Overall, I think Café Bench is a great place to enjoy tasty desserts and to catch up with friends. The décor is delightful, the service is superb, and the desserts are delicious. Check this place out!

My best friend and I come here once in a while to get our crêpe fix for years. Haven’t been here in some time, but every time we do go it’s always such a relaxing and fun experience. You walk into a VERYCLEAN and cute restaurant, furnished with homey things such as vintage bikes and high tech expresso machines. Flowers everywhere, it’s like a modern twist on your grandma’s house(except everything isn’t cluttered). The menu is very clear and precise. The crepes are sweet and savory. We usually get one of each because well… crepes. The classic crêpe with Nutella and strawberries is my go to! THEN… For savory I get the crêpe with ham and cheese and asparagus. OMG. I wasn’t expecting much of it but wow it’s really good. It’s a very filling experience, don’t let the knowledge of crepes fool you. The kitchen is an open space, so you can watch the workers make the crepes on the round thingy, it’s cool to watch. They also have red bean ice cream, which I will never in my life get again. It’s just not for me, lol. Anyways guys, give this place a try it’s really delightful. The workers aren’t very friendly I will say that, I haven’t had a bad experience like other Unilocalers tho. We actually went to this place because of Unilocal,so gooooooo Unilocal

Used to come here a lot and ordered the lady nana with green tea ice cream/pomodoro crêpe/earl grey tea latte. The place is now so crowded that it’s so unpleasant to find a seat. I have seen instances where the owner was very rude to customers i. e kicking them out, speaking rudely, refusing to give 2(yes two) napkins, etc etc(I assume she’s the owner, the only older/middle aged ahjumma). This café is an order and pay at the register and wait to pick it up at the counter and sit down. No tipping necessary, and bring your garbage/tray back to the counter.(Seriously people, don’t just leave your dishes at the tables… the workers aren’t going to clean it and people wait for the tables) This place is Korean-owned, don’t be surprised if there’s a lot of asians here, encountered another customer who was so shocked… not that it should matter. All the employees speak english. I’ve tried their patbingsu during the summer seasons a few times. I did notice they made their portions smaller. The sweet cornflakes on top is a nice touch I suppose. I wouldn’t order this by myself though, seems appropriate portion for 2 people. This place is quite pricey, so I don’t frequent here as often as I used to. My advice is to go during off times.

What a better way to end my birthday celebration but by having crêpe and cappuccino for dessert. It’s a travel from where we came before to this café but did not stop us to try the place as one of my friends has been recommending this place for a long time. Well, it’s about time. I love the ambiance of the café, it has country homey feeling with cute wall decorations and ceiling ornaments. The counter and dining tables match with the theme. It has simple menu… coffee, crepes, pastries. Their rule, «order, return, pick up, return«. You place your order, return to pick up when it is ready thru a beep token, return the used things eg tray, mugs, spoon etc after dining. It was a quite Saturday afternoon. Serviced quickly. I got dessert crêpe #2, Hoi Hoi made with walnut, cinnamon and brown sugar drizzled with caramel and powdered sugar. The price is a racking $ 5 which I think is a little bit pricey for the serving size. It tastes good and enjoyed it. Got a small cup of cappuccino for $ 3.25 for myself and a Momo Peach smoothie for my husband for $ 4.25. I love my coffee especially with the extra heart foaming on top of it. I found my husband’s smoothie so sweet. I may come back if in the area only. It has good location, along main boulevard, far from the busy Main Street but need to deal with the residential parking chance.

I used to come here frequently after getting my hair done or eating at Galbi Maeul. Never coming back to this rude place. I’d rather go to café benne or m2m due to the rude attitude of the owner. Oh and I was told to repeat my order two or three times… How can you mess it up after that? Ugh. Anyways… After I had my dessert, I took a dump. It’s a clean restroom so I’ll give them 1 star for that.
