Bradelis New York Flushing

Superb service and everyone in the store is very helpful especially the manager. You can really feel that she’s there to help you choose the one that best fits you. The lingerie here are very comfortable as well. It is probably not the cheapest but you will feel well worth it. Highly recommend coming to this store.

I have been a customer of Bradelis for over two years but I am usually at the Madison Ave location. But when I learned of the Flushing location I came here a few times because it is easier to get to and closer to me.
The employees at the Flushing location is just as knowledgeable as all the other locations. But customer service wise a few of them still lack it. I feel the customers of the Flushing location is really based on friends of the manager/​employees/​owner. All the times that I was there, the person in charge is always helping someone and chatting with them at the same time. Therefore, the wait time can be long.
The one star missing is really just the customer service (in comparison to the Madison Ave location). First, the wait is long since most of the time there is only one person there and she is busy chatting away with the person she is helping. Second, when I actually got serviced, the person in charge was impatient and tried to rush through everything and did not want to answer my questions. They would of lost two stars but this time I was there the girl that helped me was super amazing. She was helpful and answered all the questions. She also shared her own personal feelings and experiences with each style of bra.
But regardless of the lack of proper service at the Flushing location, I have to say the bras are still more comfortable than all the other brands that I have gotten and tried. They know how to fit you properly and they adjust the straps to fit you comfortably before you walk out the store. They also offer readjustments after three months just in case your bras need to be readjusted. So worth the price.
I also purchased underwear from them to try because they were on 30% off. I purchased thongs and i like their thongs much more than Victoria’s Secret. If you like g-​string then their thongs are definitely not for you. Their underwear also help shape your butt so there is a price tag that come with it.

Incredible! My friends visited on a Sunday, we made a group appointment. NiNi the bra fitting specialist patiently helped each of us. The transformation is like magic. As for me, NiNi was incredibly accommodating and not pushy at all. I was worried that she would be judgmental (I also have a tattoo across my shoulders that I was worried she might disapprove of), but she was sincere and incredibly courteous, not to mention fun to talk to! A bra fitting was very hands on though, but it is with the intention of educating you how to put on the bra properly for the best support. Honestly my chest was lifted and much more shapely, underarm fat I realized had also developed from wearing poorly supportive bras was also gone! My back also had no lumps. In general, the bra was excellent in recontouring not just your breast shape, but the rest of your torso area as well. If you only shop at Victoria’s Secret like I did! I highly recommend giving this place a try! Bradelis also does alterations so that the fit is perfect. Not to mention the bras are quite beautiful. They also sell other undergarments as well!

New lingerie brand Bradelis from Japan just opened three new stores, all in vastly different locations. One of them is in Flushing Sherraton Laguardia East Hotel. I am not a fan of lingerie. I would rather have my girl to wear nothing but the store is nice to look at and checking it out.

I LOVE Ripplu!
I wear them almost 3 years. They got the best quality with good price. I used to wear the Victory Secret but it really ruin my shape of boos. I heard them from my Japanese friend at 3 years ago. They got a good price if you compare with VS. Nini is the best person to look for in Ripplu. She spent almost an hour and hour to explain ‘how to wear the bra in the proper way’. I follow her instruction to wear that magic bra. and It works!!! my cups have really push up another 2 cups. Nini have very professional knowledge and nice service to all times. Ripplu really bring back my confidence to be an attractive woman. I always referral all my girlfriends to there. So far, everyone loves it like I do. I haven’t got any complain yet.
I try most of their products. The must get their magic bra, magic panty and shapwear. those shapwear really works for me. I got a big bud and it really tight them up in where they are. :-) Even though it is not necessary to make an appoint. But, I will suggest you make the appoint with Nini before you step into their shop. then, you will make sure you got all her attention while you in the shop.
Overall, it is always a pleasant shop experience in Ripplu. They got a good promotion now. I will certainly find my time to check back with them soon.

I’ve been a customer of the Manhattan store for about 3 years, and recently learned that a new branch had opened in Flushing, where I live.
So I just thought to check it out… I was not really expecting Japanese-​style customer service (, which is very polite, nice and thoughtful), and my expectation was not so high. However, it turned out to be a very satisfying experience.
The store is located @the heart of Flushing, in Sheraton Hotel. The store is not so big, but bright and clean. The store manager (actually, she was the only one working in the store currently) is a pleasant Chinese lady who, to my surprise, speaks fluent Japanese (i.e. She is Chinese-​Japanese-​English trilingual). Since it was a weekday morning and I was the only customer, I got her full attention. She helped me with the bra fitting so attentively, and OMG… my otherwise size B breasts turned to full C/​D! I bought 5 pairs. She picked up the ones that best fit me, added pads and tucked in the middle, etc. to make them the perfect fit. So in effect, the bras are semi-​custom made.
She also fixed the one I previously bought in the Manhattan store.
I’ve been wearing the bras for a week and very happy with them.
I will definitely go back, and also strongly recommend this store to anyone that is looking for a nice bra (and more) experience:)
