I needed two artificial rocks for a project and the website for this company had a lot of options. I placed my order, processed payment, and waited.
And waited.
And waited.
3 phone messages and 3 emails to customer service later… no deliveries have arrived. no tracking information. NOTHING.
NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER.
Upon further research, I see there have been two complaints filed against this company with the Better Business Bureau, both in relation to shipments.
I’m kicking myself for not having checked that first.
Do not order from this scam of a company!
