Ace Printing

Pretty horrible when it comes to customer service and making the customer feel theyve got their moneys worth, which in itself is hard to do because of their high prices. they try to make their year on every customer that walks in the door. definitely wont be taking my business there anymore. Ill tell you a story when I got a banner made there.
I had a banner made there once and to cut to the chase, they mistook the letter N for a letter R and that mistake completely changed the message I was trying to get across on the banner. They didnt apologize and just merely tried to avoid talking about it and ultimately said that they are not experts on grammar therefore not responsible. Utter BS. Luckily it was only 1 letter, so I just fixed it up myself, it took me 15 seconds. Funny how they couldnt do that.
Also got some business cards made up to pick up the next day as a rush job therefore only had 1 choice for type of gloss. I came back the next day and saw that the gloss was not the
.I had seen the day before. I mentioned. this to the owner and he said that I was mistaken and that was the correct type of gloss. I know I am right but I was in a rush and the business card had all the essential info on there. At this point it would have been
Apparently talking with some Koreans business owners in the area, their quality has gone down despite prices have increased.
If you need some printing done in Korean
them. if not go far elsewhere and avoid like the HIV.
