Worst vape shop I have EVER been to. Lady at the desk clearly didn’t know what the hell she was talking about, and the set up of the store is poor. Anyone could just walk in and put juice in their pocket with how they have all of their juices displayed. Went in due to my coil being burnt and asked for a coil for my tank and she clearly did not know what brand coil to look for. Ended up leaving with my tank still burnt.

The customer service I receive every time I step in this shop is second to none! I always feel important and the employess always remember me and even what flavors of liquid I like. Today I stopped by and got to try out some new liquids and as usual was treated great! I love that they are always so helpful and patient when answering all of my questions. Absolutely one of my favorite places!

I have been vaping for quite some time. With my high volume of traveling for my company from city to city. I have crossed many vape shops. Some not so appealing on the variety of liquids, accessories or the image of the store. And some 5 stars. Not to mention the hospitality one may offer working retail. But this little shop I came across is by far 5 stars. Very knowledgeable, clean store great variety of products and friendly staff! Thanks for making my stop through and supplying my vape needs on my travels.

Varying experiences leave me to give a middle of the road rating. Staffing seems to be an issue. Have only ever seen one person working at a time. This is fine as long as the phone doesn’t ring and you don’t have more than one customer at the time. First my mother came in. She had a wonderful time with a lady that helped her. She took her time with her and explained everything very plainly(my mother is in her early 60’s). I came in after her praises and got set up with a new set(my old one was leaking and not holding a charge). If I had not already had experience vaping then I would have been in trouble. The gentleman that helped me was much more interested in showing his mods(which I admit were neat) than really explaining it thoroughly. Lastly my mother finally convinced my father to give it a try. He had a horrible time. I believe he was taken advantage of. Given that my father is a 2 pk a day man. He also smokes ultra lights. The sales person convinced him to get a 30 watt set up with I think it was either 16 or 18 on the liquid. Way too strong for him. He cannot take a single hit for it making him cough horribly. I discovered you could turn the wattage down(he was told he could but not shown how and also in his 60s) and replaced his liquid for him and it has helped. Hope this helps both customers and the business be aware of issues and solutions to make it better.

By far one of the worst shops I have been in! An employee was helping a BRANDNEWVAPER and phone rang, he gave her the tank and told her to prime it, and she has NO clue what to do! He was too busy trying to do everything by himself and the store was FULL of people!!! I actually believe he even OVER charged this poor girl for just a Vape pen, tank and juice!!!
