My wife placed an online order to be ready in time for the 2015 cfp championship game. Was told that the order would be ready by 7:24…perfect! We show up not only to see that they were way behind, but that they have also ran out of boneless wings. They had placed our order aside, no phone call nothing! Extremely disappointed with this branch…

The manager here refused to sell me wings because of my nfl team affiliation. I was told there would be an hour wait because of the queue for wings. After he saw my jersey he suddenly couldn’t take any new orders for wings. I asked if I could pick them up much later, as in 3 hours, and he refused to take my order. This place has some tasty wings but I won’t be back here.

Been here a couple of times for carryout. Each time the staff was nice an helpful. Wings were flavorful and cooked well. I see all the negative reviews and wonder if this place has undergone a change because I’ve had positive experiences all around.

Best «Wings» in Flower Mound!!! The TV is always on the game. The beer is cold. Guys working the counter are always in a good mood and customer friendly. The is food fast that isn’t fast food.

I’ve been a customer for this certain location for 4 years and I have received nothing but the best from them. I use the app occasionally to order and the order is usually ready within 15 – 25 minutes. I always receive the wings I order and their fries are to die for. Sometimes, I feel as if they give the fries at the bottom of the bag which isn’t so great but whenever I’m hungry for some wings, I can always count on wing stop.

Minus 5 stars!!! This was the worst place I have ever had wings. Rude. Took too long. They lost my order, and then when I got home, I got the most dried out crappy wings we could not even choke them down. If I was not so dang tired, I would have taken them back and thrown them in their face! Idiots!, do not eat here! I threw them up 3 times before I got the terrible taste out of my mouth! Absolutely terrible! Blah.

Wings are good, staff was efficient, and food came fairly quick (for wings anyway). But my big pet peeve here is what I call the worst tea in Texas. The «tea» machines called Gold Peak dispense a weak, bland, frankly disgusting substitute for brewed tea. Really? How hard is it to prepare fresh tea daily? I mean come on already, you’re a Texas-​based company so have a little pride and serve a decent brewed tea!

Poor customer service. Took almost 45 minutes to get an order that I called in for pickup. They get 2 stars because they produced wings. Spend your money and time elsewhere.

I agree with Burton L «check your order» as they messed our order up as well. We ordered a family strip meal and got a family boneless. Luckily, we were an eat in an they let us eat the wrong order and gave us an entire new meal. Understand errors happen but more importantly how they correct them. They did right!

Wing Stop has bigger wings now. My favorite is the garlic parmesan. I like hpw it’s dry and not wet like BWW.
This is no frills. Order at the counter and get your food when they call you. Best value in wings.
