The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. Do not waste your time with this sorry excuse of a salon and its incompetent manager. They do not value their customers and their services are trash.

I’ve been coming to this salon for over a year and mostly it is ok but the price is right. The pedi I got today was so rushed and incomplete! They had seated me in the chair soaking my feet for about 20 minutes before someone came over and started the pedi, and then the guy spent about 7 minutes total on buffing and shaping, callus removal, and sugar scrub. That is less than half the time it usually takes. When I asked why he rushed through it he got the manager, and the manager came over, told me that was the usual time for a pedi (it never has been before), put my shoes back on my feet, and told me if I didn’t like it I could leave. Will never return.

After recently moving to the area, I’ve been to 3 other nail salons & finally I found one that I like!!! I like to be able to go with my daughter (10) and enjoy our mother/​daughter time. We arrived 30 minutes before closing and they still did a fantastic job for us both and didn’t make me feel rushed. By far Ivy has done the best nails out here yet! Next time I will know to make my appointment so I don’t have to keep them so late, but we will definitely be back!!!
