I eat at Taco Bells on a semi regular basis and I usually enjoy the food. This location on the last 2 occasions has really dropped the amount of beef on their tacos. Not sure if the franchisee is trying to save food cost, but it is a ridiculous, small amount of beef. I actually laughed when I saw it on this visit. Guess I’ll have to drive to another location that is further away from my job to get a good Taco Bell taco or eat somewhere else that is close. Very disappointed.

What is going on? Placed an online app order which required me to prepay or would’ve driven off. Been in the drive thru for 20 minutes. There are not 3 cars? Why not just put up a sign that says we no longer serve anybody or anything and turn off the lights. Stuck in drive thru hell now!

I’m surprised about how the ratings are, I guess just rude people that are reviewing this taco bell, I normally go through the drive thru, but I have been inside more than once and I have never had a rude or lazy workers instead I have always had a polite workers take care of me. The place has always been clean so I don’t see why not give them 4 stars. Keep up the work, I will continue to come here.

The young man working the register today is the laziest, most unfriendly person I have seen in a while. I’m clearly standing here with my order because something was missing and he completely ignored me. When I called to him and told him, I got a confused, annoyed look with no verbal response. The manager clearly heard me from the back and apologized since he was the one who took my order. No biggie but as I sat here eating my food, I have watched several people get neglected at the register and be given under par customer service. No smile, no your welcome. Sad service… will not return. Good thing Taco Bell is everywhere…

I recently received some much improved service from a woman wearing a name tag that said Service Champion. Hopefully they have invested in some good customer service and turn the corner.

Good employees are hard to find. Especially when you’re limited to teenagers working for minimum wage. I take back 3 of my 4 stars. I ordered the flat bread and a drink. Took me 2 secs to realize that the combo was cheaper and told the cashier to get me the combo. She said it was the same price. I look closer and saw that it was a little more expensive. I’m not bothered by the quarter and change difference. But I am bothered that she said it was the same. And the assistant came over and said it was the same too. Can’t they do simple math? Were they just too lazy to fix it? Also, all the fast food places will point out how the combo is a better deal. This is the first fast food place that didn’t. Inadequate training? Maybe she was new? I can understand that. But telling me it’s the same when it’s not? She should have told me the difference and ask me if it was okay since it was not a significant amount. I would have said«yes». If there’s a difference, it’s not the same. You need to know this since you work a cash register.

I am torn on how many stars to give this place. Honestly, I want to give them 5 stars by Taco Bell Standards, for being the best Taco Bell around, but I don’t want someone who may not be familiar with what Taco Bell is, and is looking for food in the area, to use Unilocal and see a 5 star place to eat and be expecting more than what it is… which is still a Taco Bell Fast Food Joint. But then again, who doesn’t know what Taco Bell is? They have Taco Bell in China! Still, Taco Bell will never be qualified(to me) as «As good as it gets!» so I will give this place a 4 star rating(most Taco Bells would earn about 2 to 2.5 stars in my book). This Taco Bell is practically brand new, inside and outside. It’s much nicer looking than most also, the exterior has a lot of stone work that ties in with the«ranch» theme of the shopping strip mall that it’s located in. The inside is also nice, and has plenty of seating and tasteful décor, especially by Taco Bell Standards. They have fancy shmancy Taco Bell artwork on the wall… but you wouldn’t notice that it was Taco Bell art at first glance… looks all Picasso-like. The food here is, well, Taco Bell food. You’ve ate at one, you’ve at them all, as far as selection and taste goes. The thing that differentiates this location is the food is made to order, and serve up HOT and FAST. Hot and fresh food always tastes better than cold. On my recent visit, I ordered a Fresco Beef Soft Taco(from their new Fresco, lighter fare that they are calling«The Drive Thru Diet» … read the fine print people, it’s not a DIET… its just a LOWER calorie/fat option, but still not health food by any stretch). The person who took my order went over and prepared the food because the drive thru was swamped. He handed me my food, and then quickly remembered that I ordered a Fresco Beef Soft taco and said«Oh, I made that taco regular, let me remake it». I handed him back the bag of food, he mad me a new taco, and then as he was handing me back the food he asked if I’d eat the mess up taco. HECKYES I WILLEATTHEMESSUPTACO! I was super pleased, because honestly he could have never mentioned the mess up and I wouldn’t have known the difference because I had never tried anything off the fresco menu before. I probably would have just thought«WOW, this is a darn good taco for only 7 grams of fat!». Honestly though, the Fresco Taco was great and only after eating it, and then moving on to the regular version did I realize what it was lacking, which was mostly just cheese. I will definitely order from that menu again. I am not dumb enough to think that is «dieting» but I hardly eat at Taco Bell because it’s so unhealthy but my man LOVES fatty fast food, so when he goes to grab a bite I now have some options to pick from that leave me with less guilt than before. Thanks Taco Bell for making healthier options! But honestly I do think the name is a little misleading, perhaps they should rename the menu section«the not so fat a$$ diet». I’m just saying…
