After we closed on our first home, we had an unexpected leak. Servpro came out quickly, diagnosed the problem and told me what I needed to do to dry out the water to avoid further damage and mold/​mildew. Their approach was conservative; meaning they weren’t trying to upsale or charge me for more services than I needed. They seemed to care about me and my best interest which, in my experience, has been hard to find in the service industry.

Can I give them negative Stars??? The owner is a boorish pig and a thief that takes advantage of those in need! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND AGAINST USING THIS FIRM!!! The WORST home repair experience of my life and I STILL ended up with MOLD after their water removal services FAR OVERCHARGED for fans and humidifiers in my first floor.
