If possible I would give zero stars. Absolutely incompetent delivery people. This is the 3^rd time they have been to my house and have not solved the problem that they created by delivering the wrong headboard. Absolutely infuriating. I will never ever shop there again as long as I live.

I worked with Kim Cotten at Mattress Firm to purchase a Full Size bed for our 3 year old girl over the Labor Day weekend. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I highly recommend Kim and the entire team over there, as they were all a pleasure to talk with and really great with our little girl.
