Wings were burnt, but bartender replaced them immediately. Sat at bar and bartender was awesome(Shanita). Will be back

Horrible service! The girl gave an attitude as soon as I arrived. My drink had no alcohol straight up juice. The girl did not ask if we needed refills. She was to busy talking to the other girls and this was on a Monday evening. Not going back EVER. I’d rather go to hooters in st.peters.

It’s Hooters. The Daytona Beach wings were very good. It’s a combination hot sauce and barbeque sauce. Keisha was a very good waitress. Attentive and pleasant.

Horribly slow service, and order was screwed up like 5 times. Pretty sure it was a waitress issue. Not impressed at all. The B crew was definitely working. Lunch on Wednesday is a no go!

I enjoy Hooters, they have good wings and great crab legs. The other foods are pretty good as well, like chicken strips, fries and sliders. They fall short on drinks in my opinion. They have a nice variety of beers, however, when it comes to pouring a great mixed drink they fall very short in potency. I never feel like I am getting as much alcohol content in my drink. Overall, I say give them a shot. I am trying to shy away from chain restaurants. But they offer great deals. I don’t mind paying for the extra Blue Cheese, but at least make the blue cheese worth .89 cents a pop, add the Blue Cheese crumbles please…

Horrible service,! I’ve been here three times and they were months spread apart, so I have waited to give this review, hoping they would improve. Not! This place is horrible and each time we came here, there was no one to greet and seat us at the door. The only reason we came because my son and his friend(Both 17) wanted to come here, so Vince and I brought them. Waited 5 minutes and still no one came. Really??? This is the norm for this place. Vince said he has never been to a hooters and they did not have someone at the door. The places was practically empty and I can see why. Slow service and they suck! DONOTGOTOTHISONE if you are in a hurry! Where is a manager when you need one? Wow!

my SO is addicted to their hot garlic wings so we order those for pick up all the time. sometimes i’ll order something, salad or crab legs, both are yummy but its really food u can make better cheaper at the crib

I have been to the Maryland Heights location many times. This location is Great as well. The food was Great & the service was Good. Enjoyed watching my favorite game on the many TV’s. I have found my new spot for the Big Game!

Hooters wings are classic. Their grilled cheese is the best — American and Provolone. Ron Goudy was a great manager, not sure if he is here anymore, but if so, say hi!

I had a very bad experience at Hooters Florissant today. The waitress was slow to respond to us, to the extend that we had to get up from the table to get our own drinks orders. We brought some people there for their first experience at Hooters, and our guest got under cooked(bloody) chicken wings. After returning the wings and getting a second batch, the wings were still unsatisfactory. After attempting to explain to the waitress, she got an attitude and stopped coming to the table(and instead stayed talking to other customers that she obviously Favorited a lot). She was visibly displeased with performing her job and acted as if any request for drinks was a irritation to her. We were charged for things we didn’t order, and even the manager failed to resolve the situation satisfactory. The manager showed an inability to resolve any of the situations and made things worst his attitude of indifference. He was indecisive and one point he stood at the table for what seamed like 5 minutes while telling us he was trying to decide what to do to resolve the situation. The manager seemed opposed to any comps for the under-cooked wings, and showed his displeasure when he finally did. I’ve been to this hooters over 50 times(and have Unilocal and Hooters check-ins to prove it), but it’s the way restaurants handle unhappy customers that really makes or breaks the place. I was embarrassed that they treated my guest so horribly and I am completely disappointed at the manager’s ineffectiveness. I even mentioned that I might write about my bad experience, and he shrugged is shoulders in in difference. Manager Michael Urda was very ineffective. I spent so much time talking with him about how unhappy my guest were with their experience, I didn’t have time to finish my wings(they got cold sitting there), and I left with them sitting there. This is not how you treat regular customers, in fact he said he didn’t care how many times I’ve been here and showed no desire to keep me as a regular customer. Knowing that if there is ever a problem, the manger is unable to handling the situation, I will no longer be able to recommend this place. If you sign up for their e-club, they send out some out some pretty good deals quite often. In the past 4 or 5 months, I’ve probably received coupons for free sandwiches or wings 4 or 5 times. For my birthday, they gave me 10 free wings. This location is a good alternative to the Maryland Heights location, which is often packed. They aren’t nearly as busy here but the food is the same, and the employees are nice. They still have the $ 5.99 Cheeseburger w/Fries special on Mondays and the Wing Day Wednesday special.

I give this Hooter’s location 4 stars — but I still think the service here is very slow — I think we are just used to it by now! We are right between the Fairview Heights and the Florissant location — so we go to the Florissant one very frequently. The girls here are all very nice, but S-L-O-W is the service, especially the drink service. I’ve found this to be true on every single time that we have gone there. But I love the food, so we keep going there anyway — boneless wings and cheesy fries for me, and crab legs for the hubby! i also love to have one of their ice cold Blue Moon’s on draft! Our last visit was on Sunday, July 11th. After our usual long wait to place our drink order the manager came over to check on us — he is a new manager, one we have never seen — he rushed right off to get our drinks then he stayed on the waitress until she finally took our order. He even offered to comp our first round of drinks, even though we didn’t ask him to — WOW! Loving this new manager, i think its just what this place needs– he was moving tables, taking out drinks, etc — he was working harder than any of his grils were! I hope he is there to stay and look forward to seeing him on our next visit to Hooters — Florissant!
