I was utterly disappointed with the service and care my son received at the hands of the nurses and staff at St. Luke Pediatrics. Initially, I was impressed with Dr. Robert Siegel, who was attentive, caring, and professional, but the quality of our visits went quickly downhill when I we met with other practitioners. My partner and I were very concerned with the number of vaccinations the nurse practitioner wanted to give my son all in one visit. After we voiced our concerns and stated we believed it would be in his best interest to get just two or three and space out the rest, she reacted with such condescension that I was infuriated. Over the course of the next few well baby visits, it was more the same dismissive and rude attitude. Finally, we switched to St. Elizabeth Family Practice, where the care couldn’t be more caring and welcoming.
