I was having trouble with soreness in my left shoulder and neck. Beth did a fantastic job of working out the painful area! It was both a relaxing and therapeutic massage. I’ve had massages before where working out the lactic acid was super painful. This was not a painful massage however I still left feeling looser and overall better. I would highly recommend coming here to anyone dealing with similar issues.
