I went out to Rocking LT Ranch for my 3rd ride with my trainer Lindsay! I am glad that Lindsay will work with me as many others have told me I am to over weight for riding. She has me working with Bullet, a gentle giant, working on activity course that includes a small jump. Lindsay does not know it but has me hooked on jumping. She knows that my weight bugs me and has been supportive in my want to change and be more active even if it’s just my lesson every other week. Thanks to her simple acts I have more confidence in my own life, started a healthier eating plan and working out by myself.
