We frequently order from this location and they are so incredibly slow. I could order a cooked pizza in less time that it takes them to deliver. Often times if we order right when they open, the bread is hard and crumbles. I’m assuming day old bread is being used even though that’s not what we wanted. I’m writing this now as I am still currently waiting for my order. It’s been over a half an hour as most orders are. Sometimes we will go in and pick up and the employees seem annoyed, strung out, and don’t even greet you. I love Jimmy John’s but I can’t seem to figure out this location. As I get done typing this, my delivery has finally came. The girl who delivered was nice for a change, but my coke was basically carbon water with a touch of syrup. I also always tip over 20% in hopes that the order may show up a little quicker than before. It has yet to work.

My family and I came to this location today, and we are a rather rambunctious group with 2 small children as well. The staff was so great and helpful, and totally handled all our wildness with smiles and joy. They got our large order right even though several of us changed our minds about 3 times I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a good meal with happy people thank you guys for making our family meal a good time!

Every time I go to this location, they are freaky fast. I always get my sandwich in under 5 minutes. The workers have been friendly. The restaurant is kept clean. They have ran out of certain types of bread through out the day. Also they don’t have sprouts which is extremely sad because I think they are delicious. On the plus side their cookies are soft and tasty. The sandwiches taste great! Overall it’s a perfect go-to sandwich shop and I definitely will continue to go there!

I had a pretty decent experience here. I was driving down to Gatlinburg from Chicago and made a stop here for lunch. My sandwich came out quickly, as expected. They got my order correct, too, which is great. I like to exclude a lot of things but also add other things to my usual veggie. The women’s bathroom was closed when I was here. I know they have single bathrooms, but I still felt weird going into the men’s room. Luckily, it was pretty clean. While I was here, a lady came in and asked if there were lunch specials. I thought Jimmy John’s was pretty inexpensive already! Every thing there is a lunch special.

The gargantuan is one of the best sandwiches on the planet. The perfect combination of all the meats that matter, flavorful condiments, and outstanding bread. Even in unwich form, the gargantuan is unbeatable. Jimmy John’s very own BBQ chips are the best around, too. Sorry Grippo’s, there’s a new king of BBQ chips in town. I’ll mention again, the bread. It’s a nice, firm French bread and it’s always been perfect for me. Too hard? Really? Go back to Subway if you want fluffy BS bread.

Their customer service is terrible. My coworker and I stopped in there last week and I watched employees being rude to customers and a couple employees looked like they were higher than kites. The girl making sandwiches was so slow and extremely rude to a guy who only asked for a bag for his order.

Stopped in here after having it for the first time before a Reds game. When asked what I would like I said I wasn’t sure. They suggested the #9 or the beach sub. I went with the 9 since it was Italian and I tend to like those. I thought the service was nice and fast. The sub was above my expectations and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be going back.

2.5 miles away. They answer the phone«Jimmy John’s, we deliver». Up to 1 mile. Lol. Needless to say, I didn’t get Jimmy John’s today.

Ordered number 12 beach club, add oil, vinegar and oregano. Got nothing. Whole staff was sitting outside smoking as I walked in back door.

Terrible Service! Never come back. Ordered #4 and my sub only had bread and turkey. It was plain.

I really really really want to give a good review, because in the times I have had bad experiences they were appropriately handled and I walked away at least feeling a little better about the experience. But literally every time I order from here something is wrong. I really wish we had another sandwich place that delivered to my work, but we have to order from here all the time regardless of complications– because it’s cheap, «quick» and easy. I have waited an hour for a sandwich before(couldn’t leave work), I have been given old bread when they have stated that they were waiting on new and that I would receive fresh bread, I have been given sandwiches with three thinly sliced pieces of meat when it clearly calls for two or more different types. I have had to argue about delivery distance before, when clearly my work is in the range, and then the driver had the guts to act as if he were doing me a favor by delivering my sandwich 45 minutes later. Clearly your employees don’t give a crap. You would probably receive better tips if all you did was pay more attention, and then you wouldn’t have to give away free food all the time. It’s really a win-win.

food was okay. Service was very slow and I don’t have anything against young teens working but the workers were all lounging about and eat and drinking the food there. It was a very awkward atmosphere.

They are«freaky fast». I really like the #14 bootlegger. When you are in a hurry to get a bite to eat for lunch and get back to work, go here. The sandwich is good and filling. The bread is the best part. Ok, so is the provolone. Well, ok, so is the roast beef… and the… The signs they decorate with are interesting too.

It beats eating a nasty burger. First of all, a sub sandwich delivered, wow that is awesome. I work all the mall in Florence, I get busy at our store or we are short handed, so Jimmy John has an App. On my Apple I Pad 2. It takes me 2 seconds to order, then about 5 mins. There at the store, Wow that fast delivery, Also they only charge .20 cents for delivery well worth it, for service and convenient. The bread is incredible a lot better then Subway. I usually order the Beach sandwich. It has avocado, turkey, bean sprouts tomatoes extra mayo… delicious and healthy for you.

I have a fondness for Jimmy John’s from college and the fact that they would bicycle deliver a sandwich anywhere. But after so many finer dining experiences over the last couple of years… yeah I don’t disagree with the 2star reviews. The bread and attitude makes Jimmy John’s a 4 star chain. The meat and condiments makes Jimmy John’s a 2 star chain. If you think of it as fast food sandwich if you don’t want a burger, you can’t go wrong. And I loved the hunter’s club for years! So try that if you are wanting a suggestion, or the beach club. The guys here are decently speedy and mostly friendly. We come here regularly for quick easy«healthier» options but it’s nothing I’d write home about.

Ehh, it is a sandwich, afterall. I’m okay with it, have had better and have had worse. Isn’t what really matters is if the creator creates with the right amount of Italian dressing, vinegar and oil, or mayo. Isn’t that the stuff that give the food the taste it has? Service tends to be a factor in my star granting, and this place is much like any other. Some smiles, some frowns, and lots of looking for Fridays and paydays. And that’s about it. From one of my work locations it is really close, so making things easy on me is a good thing. Ehh, it serves the purpose.

I’m about to suffer the slings and arrows of the internet here, but I do not care for Jimmy John’s. Now now, please put your weapons down. I have legitimate reasons as to why I don’t care for it. First off is the price. I feel you get kind of a raw deal here unless you go with a special. The sandwiches, while sizable, are not as big as the other guys, and yet still a buck or two more expensive. That’s less food for my buck, which makes me smolder with rage. Now, there are ways to make up for it, such as with quality of food. I may have gotten the raw deal here as well, but I’ve been a bit unimpressed with the ingredients JJs puts into their sandwiches. Now don’t get me wrong — their bread is fantastic. In fact, their day old bread is one of the best things about them. Grab a loaf of that, make your own sandwiches at home. But in my last experience, the ingredients aren’t as fresh as they could be. The lettuce was wilted, and the meat smelt a little bit funky. Not too funky, because I’m a cheap enough bastard to eat it anyway. Still cause for concern though. Speaking of funky, their menu is definitely that, but not in a good way. I swear they must have just put up a list of ingredients on a dart board and started throwing. There’s only one or two sandwiches that I would consider a palatable combination, and I’d feel like an ass asking for more than 1 or 2 substitutions. They should really encourage you more to build your own sandwich, because I don’t feel theirs match up. If I do go there, I get a slim and just try and get along with my boring sandwich. I will give JJs a point for their attitude though. I dig their«smells are free» sign, and in general their aloof, goofy demeanor. That along with their bread are their only saving graces in my book, which is a shame because everyone else sings their praises. (sniff) Why can’t I be one of the cool kids?

This location is pretty much like the other JJ’s I’ve been: fast service, small eating area, will deliver and the sandwiches have that sort-of tough bread but what I like most is that it is open past 9pm and isn’t a fast food drive-thru. This matters to those of us who work until 9pm and want dinner, but not fast food or to hang out at bar.
