They do not deliver they say they attempt to but all the driver does is scan the package and check box un deliverable this has happened twice I live down a long dirt lane very easy for me to see if somebody has been to the house are not and they don’t try called support and guess what they confirmed my suspicion by letting me Know that yes some drivers do, do that I will never buy something that has to be shipped fedex again and I will never ship fedex again somebody at their corporate office needs to have a chat with the drivers (independent contractors) about customer service cause this is just crazy they pay them to deliver on behave of fedex and they don’t do that

Had to make two trips to pick up packages that were being held because they didn’t check well enough the first time to find the second after i asked. Thank goodness i didn’t live that far or if be a lot more angry…
