I rented stemware to be delivered to my venue. The stemware was not what I ordered. I went by the next business day to let them know and to ask for a refund on the incorrect stemware. I was told they would have to verify my claim, so I asked them to call the next day to tell me they had credited my account. They did not. I went by a week later and was told by the owner that the mistake was my fault because i did not check to make sure the delivery was correct before the event started. When I said it was not my job to check behind their workers, they changed to it was the caterer’s fault. verifying Bravo’s work was also not their job. Then they said I should have called the emergency number, which they had not even given me. They did not offer a refund for the stemware that was not correct and did not even offer an apology. I am guessing that when someone rents party supplies it is a special occasion. Don’t risk yours to this business.
