JJ was great to work with. He gave me a great tutorial on all things HVAC and his webiste has even more things you really should know. In the end I really needed to switch out my whole system. He and two others arrived at noon and by 2pm the new unit was running and the old one was hauled off. I have a lot of confidence I got the right unit for the specifics of my house — with JJ’s help. The installation was very professional and the price was the best quote I received.
I originally gave JJ 5 stars. But, there was a follow up job at another location which was time sensitive with cold weather coming. He seemed to fall off the map. I don’t know why but he missed the appointment and hasn’t returned any calls since.

Great customer service and knowledge! I am very happy. We called a couple times after the install for a few questions we had of with our new system and Junior was at our home in about 30min to show us what to do! Awesome follow up service too!

JJ came to my house on a Sunday, found the problem and fixed it. He took the time to show me how to clean the outdoor unit and gave me tips for keeping the indoor air filter cleaner. I recommend this locally owned small business!

Junior did a wonderful job on my A/​C unit that was leaking. He was prompt, showed me what was wrong, and gave me a good estimate and stuck by it. He fixed the problem and tested it to be sure it was done right. I no longer have a leak and he also cleaned my system for me so my A/​C would work more efficiently. I was very happy with his service and would highly recommend him. He also replaced a pilot light for us on our hot water heater about a month ago, and again, was very prompt and did a great job. We are very happy with the service we have received and will call Junior again for any Heating or A/​C issues.
